Water Heaters Now was fantastic to work with. They were super knowledgeable about their products and had a quick turnaround when it comes to scheduling (they came the same day!). They also wore the booties inside and laid down mats so that the dolly didnâ t damage my floor.

Prompt and did a decent job, but could have been cheaper. They also did not make sure that the water heater will drain properly, so now if water comes out of the hose it will just pool on the floor rather than going to a drain--at least until I fix it myself.

I WAS PLEASED THAT THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME ON THE PHONE WAS WHAT THEY CHARGED. JAKE, THE INSTALLER WAS PERSONABLE AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS.
