We are getting ready to sell our home and we wanted to replace the old water heater with a new one for the new home owners. I went threw Home Advisor and Ray, the owner of Water Heaters Now, called me immediately and had a "bottom line approach" to the cost. This was on a Friday. I scheduled an appointment on Monday, he kept me informed all along the way of when his guys would be there. They showed up on time, was careful to lay down drop cloths so that nothing would be leaked from the old water heater. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. He walked me through what they did and how to best maintain

VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! I received up front pricing and they completed the work on time. They left the area cleaner than it was when they started. Professional workers and it was nice to talk directly to the owner of the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. My family loves the endless hot water we have now!

My water heater quit working this morning. I spoke with them and he helped me understand the process and pricing. He had his team at my house within a couple hours and they had replaced my unit in about 2 1/2 hours even though they had to bring in a different unit to fit the very small space in our house for it. The technicians explained each step of the installation and how to maintain the unit. Very professional and very helpful. They even wore shoe covers when walking in the house and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend this company!
