They came earlier than expected (a good thing), Bruce was super professional and nice, was quick and quiet while he worked. And when he was done, he showed me what I needed to do in the future so I wouldn't run into this problem in the future! I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks.

I had a 75 gallon hot water heater that failed during the middle of the night. I called Water Heaters Now at 7:00am and they had Bruce at my house at 11:30am. New hot water heater installed by 1:30pm. Bruce and everyone at Water Heaters Now did a great job from start to finish.

Gabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)

Nate was very helpful in getting the job scheduled with the right product. Jake and Jay, the installers, arrived promptly, explained what they were doing, made needed changes to bring up to code, and cleaned up the area when done. I was very pleased with their work.

My water heater started leaking on a Friday night. I found this company on Angie's List and requested a quote. They contacted me on Saturday at 7:30 a.m., gave me a quote that matched another quote I had gotten, and were at my house by 10 a.m. The whole thing took less than an hour and a half. They showed me how to maintain it and left the space clean. Great customer service and a really fast response. No cold showers for me! I highly recommend Water Heaters Now.

Replaced two traditional water heaters with a single tankless unit. Best service I've ever received from a tradesman. Prompt, arrived when they stated, and did a nice clean job.

They got us an appointment & a water heater the same day. And financing for part of it. I was taking a hot shower by that afternoon. Everybody I talked to was polite & helpful. We didn't shp around on price, we did enough calling just to find someone who could help us fast.

went very well. Water heater spewed brown water for a week but that's the water heater's problem or my pipes, I guess, not the installers.

A+ service. Water heater failed on a Sunday and I needed a replacement quick. I called and left a voicemail expecting I'd get a call on Monday. To my surprise, the gentleman returned my call Sunday night, obviously off the clock and spending time with his family. Unfortunately at this time I already booked an appointment with a big box company (Roto Rooter). That was my mistake. Roto Rooter didn't show up until 2 hours after their window with no call about being late. (Note that I left work early and spent 6 hours waiting their arrival; I called their service line multiple times and was told he'll be there soon). I was quickly told that the replacement would have to wait until the next day because of how late in the day it was and their warehouse was closed. I said "see ya" and would rather wait a couple days without hot water than go with a company that didn't seem to respect my time. I called Water Heaters Now back on Monday night around 630 PM. Again answered my call while spending time with family (could hear them in the background). Fit me in the next day. Technician arrived on time (even called to give me updates in advance so knew when I should leave work), was approachable and easy to talk to, walked me through what he'd be doing, and job was done within 2 hours. Before the tech left, he provided some tips to maintain and extend the life of my new water heater. Should have went with these guys first. Oh and side note ... I was reading through the reviews in advance of my first call and saw the F for poor customer service. Mistakes happen, and it was really refreshing to see the company acknowledge their mistake and own up to it. They obviously learned from it based on my experience these last couple days.

They add a significant surcharge to the city permit. Not cool. Makes we wonder how much they overcharged me for the water heater and labor

I originally rated them an 'A' for a fast response, knowledgeable technician, and a quality installation. Unfortunately, I had a billing issues in which they over charged me. I have contacted them 3 times with now response. I would be very cautious if you hire them

I was looking to possibly replace my water heater. It is old but functions fine and I have no problems. After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater.

We needed a repair because the water heater was shutting down every few days, there was an error code from one of the sensors. The company was very responsive - I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The repairman was able to fix the problem without needing to get new parts, so that was also good. My issue with WHN was I felt that the service was overpriced. They charged us $119 to show up and diagnose the problem, and then it was $225 in labor (their hourly rate, and they charge the full hour at a minimum). So the repairman spent a half an hour here, and we were charged $344. And yes, in fairness they informed us of these charge prior, but as we got into the process we just thought we'd bite the bullet and get it done. At the same time, we didn't feel the pricing was really fair and think these rates are a lot higher than what seem to be comparable services like plumbing. In fact we just had a plumber here for about an hour of his time and it was about $200. Now, it's possible that WHN's pricing is set at a premium because of cases where the water heater is completely non-functioning and in need of same day service. But this was not the case here, it was more of an intermittent problem. For this reason, I would look for someone else if in a similar situation again.

Used cheap pvc water pipes for this commercial application. Asked for additional $1,000 for the copper pipe.

Got sent to voice mail several times, left message, never got a call back, it’s been 24hrs, moving on.
