Description of Work: I called them on a friday afternoon and by monday noon they had arrived(very prompt) service person was very good at describing the problem with the old water conditioner and made recomendations --we chose to have them install a new conditioner the next day-price was very good(30% less than we were quoted by another company) The new system works great ----water was never as soft as it is now. Very Happy with this company's service work.They also hauled away the old machine and left the sight spotles!

+ -1 moreThe work turned out very well. They are reasonably priced. They continue to come out every couple years to change the filters and do maintenance work. The records show that our RO membrane needed to be replaced and the technician came out and looked at it and actually told us it didn’t need to be replaced, saving us some money, and updated then records accordingly.

+ -1 moreThe contractor wasn't willing to fess up to his mistakes or work with us at all and I went with another contractor who I trusted and felt like he would guarantee his product.
Description of Work: This company originally installed a iron filter in our home 4 years ago and was supposed to last 10 years costing $2000.00. They had to come back and re-coat the inside of the tank which was supposed to last at least another 5 years which only last 10 months. They were called back again to see why we were getting rusy water and now they are claiming I need a new water softerner that the iron filter is fine. I have called 2 other companies and have been told the filter doesn't work and the water softener is working great. The other 2 companies stated that the original iron filter was too small for our house and also it was installed incorrectly, because it doesn't allow for enough air which is needed to eliminate the iron. They also stated that the installation was sloppy and called it a "cobble job" I called the company back to have them check once again their tests on the water quality and they again stated their equipment is fine and its the water softener. Now I don't trust them and their quality of product. They are trying to sell me an $1800.00 water softener that I don't need. Then on top of the that they send me an invoice for the service call. They never send invoices for service calls when the products are under warranty and especially less than 1 year old. I would never use this company again because I feel they are being dishonest and trying to cover up their original screw up and now trying to profit again by selling me a product I don't need. This mistake has costed me $3000.00.
