I have purchased 4 appliances from Warners' over the past 3 years. Submitted a service request 3 days ago for my refrigerator. Was told it would be 72 hours before someone contacted me to schedule service. Fine. Today, someone emailed me to say that since it is no longer under warranty they will not come out to repair it and to call someone else. Very dissappointed. If I wanted ZERO customer service I would have just paid less and ordered my appliances from a big box store.

I purchased a clothes dryer from Warner Stellian in November 2019. I called them on December 11th to report the dryer was not functioning correctly. I did not receive a call back so called back again on December 17th and spoke to a person who said they would dispatch someone to fix the dryer. I did not hear back again. I called again on December 23rd and was told the soones they could dispatch someone was January 7th. The person was dispatched to my home. After his inspection he said he did not have the correct parts and needed to order them. I called service again to ask for an appointment and they said they would be out to finish the repair on January 16th. On January 15th I received a voice mail that said they had not received the parts yet and should have them in and be able to complete the repair on the 17th. I had not heard from them since nor were they over on the 17th so today, January 24th, I called four times to finally reach an operator who told me all she could do is put me into the queue to speak with someone in service. I spent 22 minutes on hold and no one picked up then the line went to dead air.

The guy who helped me was a bit of a ding **** - but great in the end... they had the best deal, pre- assembled, delivered, free haul away, rebate, meat coupons, $100 off and they threw in a cover and shelf... (which is another $100 value)- I love the grill- but will admit Traeger is overpriced...

The installer damaged my newly installed laminate floor. I came into the kitchen to check on the progress and the floor was pulled back halfway through the kitchen while trying to remove the old dishwasher. When removed, the dishwasher was set on the floor putting dents into the floor and when the job was finished, he had installed a dented dishwasher, not the new one I had purchased (it was not a scratch and dent purchase) The floor had visible bubbles and waves, the trim piece near the dishwasher was broken in 2 areas, and this was just professionally installed 3 weeks prior for $1200, not including the $850 I had paid for the flooring. When the new dishwasher was installed, they made a slightly better adjustment however the damage was done. I can't get the dents out, and they gave me $135 do have my installer attempt to fix. I still have bubbles under the floor and they will not reimburse or take accountability.

problems scheduling install When finally attempted install discovered cannot work with my plumbing. Refunded purchase and purchased another brand from Warner Stellian. Set up my own install with their sub-contractor and ll is well. They need to improve the install process and sales reps need to pay more attention to important details.

We spent a while at the store looking at different washers and dryers. We did not finish up until closing time. I think that was one of the places things went wrong. The staff was very anxious to go home. Our rebate information was mailed to us and that worked out fine. They never faxed the order to install the gas dryer to the sub-contractor (Metro Gas). The washer and dryer were delivered on schedule. I ended up having to call Metro Gas at the end of the day to see why they hadn't made it out and it turns out they were never faxed the order. They made it out the next morning and got the dryer hooked up. I finally started doing laundry and the washing machine leaked. The water was leaking from the spot where the hose connected to the pipe. I called again and was told someone would be able to make it the next day. I pushed it, since things had not been going very well and they were able to find someone nearby who could be there within an hour. I will go there again. They are in the neighborhood and were reasonably responsive to their errors. I do wish things were done right the first time though. I will watch them much more carefully in the future.

I had the delivery on December 8th. The delivery went smooth and they took my old fridge. I have no complaints about the sale or the delivery.
Description of Work: The Sunday after Thanksgiving I went into the Roseville Store to look at dishwashers and ended up buying a refridgerator that was their doorbuster. It is a LG french door bottom freezer 20 cubic sq ft, normally priced at 1,199 but on sale for 799. I did not buy the warrenty they offered. Think this was a good buy on the fridge.

They did deliver and install the appliances for me. I tried to buy the appliances from a couple of other places. I thought I would get a little better deal from Warner?s Stellian. Moreover, I wanted a range that was unusual and had to be ordered specially for me which all worked out. The timer isn?t working and I don?t have a major work with that. I haven?t called them and complained about it. My overall experience with them has been fine. The quality of their work was fine, as they had to cut down and cover it over a little bit. They did a very thorough job on that. I might use their services in the future.

The washing machine is going bad already, which is not good, so the quality is not great. We were happy with the price, though. We go to Warner's for almost all of our appliances and have been happy with their services.

Delivery was on time and professional.

The sales people didn't exactly wow us. One guy was reading a book with his feet on the desk, the one attending to us was shouting his Dairy Queen order to another sales guy. They were big on up-selling (Suggesting the $3800 model and another model that was an up-sell, but got terrible reviews by Consumer reports) and certainly wanted us to walk away with a warranty - even dropped the price of the dryer to do so. I'd say the prices were approximately the same as I had researched - dryer was less after the discount for the warranty and the washer was approx $50 more. He didn't have a lot of new information to give us, but we had done a lot of research. I would have liked to have known more practical information (ie: how much laundry can you stuff in one - how much more would a larger capacity actually give me.....besides "a lot") Great, what does "a lot" mean and is it really worth twice the price? I'm a little disappointed with the capacity vs my top-loader. I was told that I would have a lot more room, but if anything, I have less. They did a really nice job of giving me a copy of the form I'd need to fill out w/ my electric company to get an Energy Star rebate. It made my life a lot easier. I was supposed to be called the day before to give me a range of hours in which they would deliver. I had 1 missed call on my cell (I had given them my home # too), but no message, so I had no idea what time they were arriving until 30 minutes before on the day of delivery. Delivery guys were courteous, but left a bit of a puddle on the floor and sink. But I was all set to go and they gave me a quick run-through on how to use the device before they left.
Description of Work: I bought a front-loading Washer and Dryer along with the extended warranty. The delivered my new washer & dryer and hauled the old one away.

My very old dryer died on June 1; I thought my neighbor was using a jackhammer, but then I realized it was my dryer. I decided to replace both my washer and dryer rather than wait for my very old washer to die, too. On June 3, I went to Warners' Stellian and salesperson, Miles Lybeck, described in valuable detail the characteristics of the many brands of machines they had on the floor. I chose Fisher & Paykel models (and extended warranties) which were delivered and hooked up (electric) the next day with no added charge. There was also no added charge for removal of the old machines. The experience was very positive and the machines are great! I especially like the fact that the washer uses less water than traditional top load models and the dryer has a type of moisture sensor - resulting in less use of water and electricity.

Working with Bill was great - we picked the appliances out in person, but wanted to think it over a bit. I was able to call him and do the order over the phone, and the appliances were delivered a few days later. I feel like I got a good deal, particularly with the discounts for buying so many items together. The guys who delivered the items were very friendly and careful.

This place is wonderful! Becky came up, greeted us, and asked us if we had any questions. We told her we were just looking and she let us look without any hard sell or hassle. When it looked like we were having problems deciding between two refrigerators, she came over and pointed out the difference between the two models without pushing us towards one or the other. This was very helpful because there were features I didn't realize the one model had. I really feel like Becky helped us get a refrigerator that we would be very satisfied with in the long run. I love that we were able to get it delivered the next day and that they took our old refrigerator away for free. The delivery guys were efficient and professional.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator was dying on us and we needed a new one ASAP. We bought a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator and were able to get it delivered to us the next day.

Found a new gas stove with a convection oven for only $750. The delivery guys were great. It's a very tight fit getting an appliance into our kitchen, side door with landing, then a turn and three steps up. They got the stove in with no damage to stove or walls. An amazing juggling feat.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions when I told him what I was looking for. He was also very upfront about the fact that they work on commission but didn't do any "hard sell," though he did push their service plans. Their appliance prices were good, according to my online research.

Unfortunately, the cord on the back of the dryer, which Warner Stellian installed, was pinched on metal at the connection point. This exposed wires which shorted out a circuit in our house. We needed an electrician to repair the damage at a cost of $151.57. It took two months before a check was finally issued from Warner Stellian to cover the bill, even though they agreed to pay it many weeks prior. They did reimburse us for the $25 dryer cord promptly, at least. (The new cord only cost $10.) However, much time was spent figuring out what the problem was, arranging for the repair, meeting with the store manager, and attempting to recoup the cost of the damage with numerous calls back and forth to customer service representatives. At no time was an apology or other compensation such as an extended warranty or a discount for a future purchase offered. We are so unhappy with how we were treated that we do not plan to do business with this company again!
Description of Work: We purchased the Duet Sport Whirlpool front loading washer and dryer which was delivered on 6/22/06.

They had a good selection and great prices. I asked the sales person the difference between a couple of different brands that I was looking at and he actually said the one that was a bit less expensive was just as good as the other ones. I bought the dryer on a Monday and it was delivered two days later for only $29 and the delivery guys were great and set it up for me and attached the dryer vent. I would do business there again.

Miles helped me locate the brand I was interested in. He also suggested to me a model I had never heard of: Fisher-Paykel. It was very water and energy efficient, and they could deliver it in two days. I was pleasantly surprised when I did my research on the internet that I had just purchased on of the highest rated washers on the market. Miles didn't give me a hard sell. There wasn't a manual with the washer there at the store. I received a copy of the manual from the internet in the mail two days later. The men that delivered the washer were extremely polite, hooked the washer up, and hauled away the old one. I had a wonderful experience with them, and I will do business with them in the future.
Description of Work: I went to the Outlet Store to see what they had for washers since mine had died the day before. I was looking for a specific model that was rated high in Consumer Reports.

I LATER DID RESEARCH ON THE BRAND & MODEL ONLY TO FIND THERE IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT BEING SERVED AGAINST THEM AND THAT THE SPECIFIC MODEL RATES #1 FOR MOST NUMBER OF REPAIRS ON CONSUMER REPORTS. WENT TO A COMPETING STORE WHO ALSO SOLD THE SAME PRODUCT. THIS REP STEERED ME AWAY FROM THAT BRAND AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO FILL OUT ALL SORTS OF PAPER WORK TO EVEN SELL THE PRODUCT BECAUSE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE HAD WITH IT.

I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEIR INSTALLERS WERE LICENSED TO REMOVE OLD GAS DRYER AND HOOK UP THE NEW ONE. THAT SAVED ADDITIONAL EXPENSE OF HIRING A PLUMBER.

THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF TOP BRANDS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES (BASED ON MY EXTENSIVE CONSUMER RESEARCH ON THE WEB) AND CLEARLY ARE COMMITTED TO EXCELLENT SERVICE. MY FRDIGE SALESPERSON, LEE PETERSON, WAS HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE.
