+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the bid and their ability to install in our timeliness. Unfortunately, it was a very cold Monday (2/26) for the date of installation and the wool carpet had been stored on the truck over the weekend. The backing was very stiff so much of our newly installed woodwork and molding were badly scuffed and gouged. We contacted them and they came out to look. They basically repeated that the carpet had a stiff backing and the damage was to be expected. No one told us that when we purchased it. We were very disappointed in the solution...our fault because we picked the carpet!
Description of Work: Install wool Karasten carpet in lower level entertainment area and stairway.

+ 0 moreTHE SALES PERSON WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE SPENT LOTS OF TIME WITH US AND WAS VERY PATIENT FOR THE NUMBER OF TIMES WE VISITED THE STORE.
Description of Work: RIPPED OUT CARPET, INSTALLED NEW AND ALSO INSTALLED NEW VINYL FLOORING IN KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, AND HALLWAY.
