+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier. The customer service is fantastic, and they even waited a couple months to send our first bill to make sure we were satisfied. Everything about this business is professional, courteous, and prompt. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Description of Work: When we moved to Edina we had to choose a trash hauler and based on other reviews here we chose Vierkant.

+ -1 moreThey are friendly, prompt, thorough and neat. They will do extra pickups when requested (at a charge we know and expect). Our small townhouse group has gotten bids from other providers at times but none provide the value for excellent service that Vierkant does.
Description of Work: We have had them as our waste disposal service provider for many years. They pick up our yard waste as well as garbage. They provide appropriate containers and keep us apprised of rules about waster disposal ie compostable bags etc.

Description of Work: Gary Vierkant (owner and operator with a wife behind the scenes) has a wonderful company. The offer a weekly garbage collection service (which I have) and yard waste/organics service (I pay per bag). Gary and company are prompt and flexible with hauling, so if you have that old door or large tree, he will find a way to remove it for you. They use to have a twice weekly service which was great, however they went to just a weekly service recently and cut their rates. I would suggest give the "little" guy a call, you'll be amazed.

+ -1 moreThey do waste management across the city. Usually people don't put the garbage cans in place and they also make the place dirty. I always had to go to people and ask them not to do this and they would still do it. I would get frustrated with this. I got to know about this company from the city council meeting. They go each house and get the garbage all by themselves. They go to the garage in each house and take the cans and leave. They are very trust worthy. I don't have to do anything with the garbage can and all of a sudden I find it empty. They charges are also very low. At times I tell them to raise their price. If there is any extra cleaning or garbage to be cleared I call them and they do it for me.
Description of Work: I use them to dispose garbage.

+ -1 moreContracting with them was very easy, their customer service rep really bent over backwards to make sure I understood the breadth of their service. Vierkant collets our garbage twice a week, they will take up to 64 gallons each time + any appliances or lawn clippings that I leave out. I pay $24/month for the service + additional for some appliances. Their collectors are friendly and offer recommendations for special projects. We recently moved and have an old refrigerator at our old home that we need to get rid of - Vierkant told us they would go to our old location to pick it up for $20 - 1-800-Get-Junk would charge us almost $100.00 for the same service. These people are very nice, professional, and they ome twice a week - it's hard to beat that!
Description of Work: The City of Edina allows residents to select from 4 different waste management companies for garbage collection. After a bit of research, and some word of mouth, may family selected Vierkant as our provider. They will pick up garbage, lawn clippings and leaves, and appliances.
