Two Step Carpet Cleaners -- Clean AND Healthy

He arrived promptly at 9:00, which was the time of the appointment. I was impressed that he was well-dressed and looked and behaved very professionally. When I made my appointment with him, I told him about my daughters allergies and he told me about using an anti-allergen product that would do a wonderful job for both cleaning as well as removing allergens so as to alleviate my daughters allergies. Upon arriving, we did a walk through where I pointed out the areas that needed more attention, particularly some areas where our two cats had started to use the carpet for their litter box! He told me that he had a special tool and cleaner that he used to remove the urine and smell. He pointed out that animals will continue to use an area for going potty unless you remove the urine. He assured me that he would be able to take care of this, and he did. No more litter box smell!! After the walk-through, he did a thorough vacuuming of all the areas to be cleaned. I was impressed with this as none of the other cleaners even bothered to do this. He then treated the urine spots and began cleaning. Overall I would say he was there for about 2.5 hours. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and found him to be very pleasant and professional. He said he was relatively new to the business as he decided to go into business for himself after being in the engineering profession for many years. I told him that I was going to do a nice write-up for him on Angies list as I was so impressed with his cleaning, professionalism, and the fact that he does the cleaning himself, rather than someone off the street that I swear some of the other companies I've used in the past have sent out to clean our carpets! As an FYI, I found out about Jack and Two Step Carpet Cleaners from a friend of mine who had used him and referred him to me.
