Debbie is a pleasure to work with. She was very professional from the initial estimate through project completion. The job was started and completed on schedule and within budget. Debbie was very diligent about keeping us updated on timing and progress. The workers were courteous and did a good job cleaning up. The qaulity of the work is high, and the price was competitive. Highly recommended!

From the first meeting to the end of the project, Twin City Landscape & Design was very professional, experienced, easy to work with - and they did a wonderful job executing the entire project. Although they also do landscape design, this project was to be done to my design. They were very willing to work from my drawings and meet my requirements, however they made several good suggestions which enhanced the results. I requested changes a few times before the project started and they were accommodating and fair, quickly updating the quote. The work crew was cheerful, hard working, and very comfortable to work with. They stopped and asked questions whenever something wasn't clear, and had no problem with several cases where I was fussy about exact placement. In one instance they even widened a large hole for a tree and moved it a foot farther to one side for me - after the tree was already in the hole! The project took about three full days to complete and the crew worked hard the entire time. There were many ball & burlap trees that had to be manually hauled up a substantial hill - exhausting work - but the crew continued working quickly and effectively despite the difficulty. Cleanup was thorough and they paid attention to removing all debris and soil from the city street and my driveway. Overall, the results are even better than I had expected! This is a company that will go the extra mile to be sure everything is done well. I definitely recommend Twin City Landscape & Design for any project - large or small.

Debbie was responsive, helpful, and professional. She helped me select a great stone product that I would not have found on my own. She kept in touch regarding the schedule and brought in the site supervisor a day ahead to review the plan. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently. They were friendly and responsive to my questions, and very helpful in resolving some installation issues that didn't surface until the job was underway. Overall they did an outstanding job.

I called Twin City Landscape because I had them out for an estimate before and liked the interaction, professionalism, and price. Called this time on a different type of job (landscaping vs. hardscaping) and was told they were referring my type of project to the garden centers, which was disappointing to me as I haven't had great experience with the pricing of the garden centers. Seems that TCL is going with larger jobs and hardscapes only. That said, they were very nice and professional on the phone.

They were very easy to work with and even adjusted the location of the boulder retaining wall slightly per my request. They quickly returned and replaced a shrub variety that was sent by mistake, no problem. Since my property is fronting a pond, the City had strict guidelines in regards to grading and plant material. Twin City Landscaping worked well with the City and obtained all permits. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I highly recommend Debbie and her crew. Her price was the lowest of several quotes that I received. I wasn't sure how much work I would be able to afford so she quoted the project with several options so I could choose what worked best for me. Debbie, Karl and Justin were great to work with, very hard working and pleasant. Some minor followup was needed and was completed promptly. The finished project looks fantastic. My neighbors are impressed, including one who has done professional landscaping. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

Debbie was very patient with our planning and decision process. She provided us a number of ideas and suggestions, but let the final decision be ours on design, materials and plants. Work started on schedule and proceeded quickly with a polite crew that got to work and did an excellent job. Debbie was in touch with us regularly as to what was happening and when it would happen and explained any issues along the way. They also cleaned up afterward and re-sodded as needed along with the plantings around the new paver patio surface. They came back afterward to review results and made some final adjustments that we requested at no extra charge. We got the patio just as we wanted it and are very happy with the results. This is the third time we have worked with Debbie and will work with her again, if we ever need anything more for our yard. A pleasant experience all the way around.

It was awesome. Debbie was responsive to all my questions, worked on weekends, called back right away and had great ideas. She was open to what I wanted and was the only one (of the 6 bids I got) that didn't push me to "do more" and "change more." From the moment that the crew arrived, they were early and got a jump start on the job. They were friendly but focused. When questions arose, they were great about getting to me right away to get them answered. There was great follow-up and information about what was going on and needs to be done now that winter has halted the project. I totally love the work they did and can't wait until spring when we can get the planting started.

It went very well from start to finish! They were punctual and professional to work with. The crew was also very considerate of my 3 and 5 year old children. They actually included them in the project, which was much appreciated! They were kid-friendly contractors! I continued to add scope to the design and they were able to fit it in my budget. I can?t recommend them highly enough!

Debbie came out and discussed potential plans with us and then emailed an estimate. The estimate was lower than the other 2 companies that we had contacted. She gave us a starting date. I made an error in choosing the wrong color for the blocks. and when we wanted to change, they accommodated us. The blocks had to be returned and a new order delivered. (It was a costly error, but we were so happy to end up with the color we love.) The work was completed quickly and on time. The workers were professional, friendly and did amazing work. Debbie continued to check and had me help choose the plants for the garden. The final product was beautiful. We received many compliments from the neighbors.

Very disappointing. We would have appreciated a timely follow-up, even if to say that they were not able or willing to do the work. We have this and other projects we're attempting to complete before the end of the season, which have now been needlessly delayed.

Fabulous results!! First let me say that I am an exceptionally picky person. REALLY particular for quality materials and construction. Karl and his crew did an outstanding job installing a new paver patio, wall planter with limestone stone benches and limestone wall seating under a pergola. He also coordinated the construction of the pergola and a new Azek maintenance-free deck with stainless steel cable railing with an excellent contractor, NMC Construction (Nate Custartd). Karl was very communicative of the process, schedule and actual construction. He would adjust his schedule to meet with me early in the morning at my home to discuss the schedule for the day. The results are beautiful with exceptional quality construction and materials. He was very helpful in coordinating the purchase of pavers from a supplier that they typically did not use and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The bonus is that their pricing is extremely competitive too! I can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service and end results I received.

The whole process was an A+. Debbie was very responsive and called me back the same day. She met with us and listened to all of our ideas for our backyard landscaping. We showed her pictures of plants we liked and gave some general ideas of what we were after. She added some terrific input on soil correction, erosion control and plant selections. Her proposal to us just a few days later included a landscape plan and a photo-shopped picture of our backyard with the plants added, which was terrific in helping us visualize the end result. The project manager, Jake, was also terrific to work with. He kept us informed of the progress the entire time and was very polite and professional. The crew worked hard and left the driveway (which was used as a staging area) spotless when they were done. I could not have been more pleased with their services and would not hesitate to recommend Twin City Landscaping.

Delir and Lee were excellent to work with. When a couple of problems came up Delir was out immediately and took care of them. It was never "You must be mistaken" and was always "Will be you to take a look."

Perfect from start to finish. I had to ask Debbie to work within a budget; she did. The rain of this summer delayed the planting and she stayed in touch about when she thought they could get it done. The day of "demolition" she and her crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. on the dot. They worked all day in the heat. Day 2 was no exception. On time and the guys who worked that day were the best!! They were done by late afternoon and we couldn't be more pleased!! I would highly recommend Debbie and her staff.

Went very well. TC Landscaping did a really good job and the project manager, Karl Kloos, was very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, experienced. The team arrived early, worked very well together, and got the job done quickly. I am very satisfied with the job.

50 plants and bushes were planted last Fall. They all made it through the Winter and they are busy blooming and really making the front yard look great. Deb fertilized the plants and they will not need to be fertilized again this season. There is one plant that is right over a tree root and it looks like the tree is stealing nutrition from the plant - we are keeping an eye on it to see if it might need to be moved. I am extremely please with the job. I am pleased that Deb was prompt this Spring and I would definitely do business with Deb and her company again. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent. The project went smooth from beginning to the end. The owner is very responsive and the crew is just fantastic. It was a real pleasure to work with them and I will consider them for all our future projects. I would rate them A++++.

They were very nice to work with. They were very patient on my decisions on what brick to work with. They are very prompt to return phone calls and emails.

Everything that we talked about was done appropriately and it turned out fine. We have considered using them again in the future.

Excellent. She is very responsive. We actually had her team re-build a small section of the wall because we didn't like the placement of the boulders. They came back with a very positive attitude and made the adjustments we requested within a week. I highly recommend Twin City Landscape.

It went really well from start to finish. The owner Debbie was very easy to reach, responsive, and made everything very clear. The team was punctual, hard-working, courteous, and professional. I paid exactly what I expected, and I think it was a great value for the money. I got 4 other estimates, and Debbie's was by far the lowest. The "B" for quality is just because a couple of the steps were chipped in the corners. Debbie said this was normal for the product I selected, but it still looks a little off to me. However, given the lower price and the speed and ease of the whole project, I am extremely satisfied with the work overall and plan on using them for future jobs. It's been almost a year since the installation, and everything still looks great. Debbie also checks up periodically to make sure everything is holding up to satisfaction, which I really appreciate.

We loved them. They were really responsive and really professional. They were full of ideas because we didn't know exactly what we wanted. They were wonderful to work with. It was done really quickly. There were two plants that didn't do well right away and we called and they came right out and replaced them with two others that have done well. We would highly recommend them and we were really happy.

They work was really nice. I like what they did and the price was reasonable. They were very prompt and courteous. The workers were very customer friendly and hard working. The owner, Debbie, has been very good with getting back to me with questions and quotes. There was one shift in the wall after the wall settled. They have told me they are willing to come back and make any changes that are needed. I will certainly call them for additional work as needed.

Rock solid work. They did what they said they would do, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I have no reservations about rating them an "A."
