+ -1 moreWhen i called, I found that this is a small home business and made an appointment to bring the phone to the home. The owner said the charging issue was likely caused by one of two problems and let me know that if it was just lint (very common) that there would be no charge and if it needed a new port it would be $50. Both were perfectly reasonable options so we made the appointment. It took less than 5 minutes for him clear an embarrassing amount of lint from the port, test it, and send us on our way free of charge. Nice, professional guy! We will definitely be calling back if we have more problems with our iPhones.
Description of Work: My husband's iPhone wasn't charging - he cleared out some lint that was blocking the port free of charge.
