Description of Work: They did some leveling by 'mudjacking'. The result was OK, but I was under impression that the places that were used to inject concrete would not be so noticeable. Punctual, quick and professional. Just a bit expensive and did not match the existing concrete the way I imagined. B overall.

+ -1 more5/2/12 Signed a contract to authorize Bob Malark of Twin Cities Concrete to install a sidewalk on the north side of my garage and the work was completed as per the contract. Labor and materials covered with a two year warranty. Approx. Mid May, 2013 Called and informed Bob Malark that there was damage and deterioration of the sidewalk over the winter. Would he please come out and evaluate the damage. 5/13/13 Bob M. came by and looked at the sidewalk. He said he would repair it at no cost under the warranty agreement. He explained he would completely remove the damaged area and totally replace the damaged sections rather than put on a skim coat covering. He would try and get to it in the next couple of weeks. Said he would keep me posted. Repairs were completed at no cost to me under the warranty. I would recommend his services to others.
