Description of Work: Trio met with me and we decided what I wanted to do to my yard. Plans were drawn up quickly and I was presented with three optional plans, depending on how much I wanted to spend. They extended my flower bed from about 4 feet across the front of the house to about 12 feet. They also brought in dirt to break up the flatness of the beds. A few plants were relocated (to get them out of the way because they did not fit in with the plan) and Trio did all the digging, landscaping, planting, mulching and installation of brick around the border in one day. The plantings/health of all perennials are guaranteed for one year. I had three or four plants die, and they were replaced, no charge. One set of plants came into my garden with some hitchhikers (snails) hiding on board. The snails infected several plants and caused me two seasons of grief. Three plants died from having their stems chewed through. Since these were beyond the one year, I didn't t ask for replacements. I did, however, mention it to Trio and was told there was no way the snails came in on their plants, yet there they were. In the prior 24 years of gardening, I never had a single slug or snail. Trio brings in new plants and, bingo, there they are right from the get-go. The prices are a bit high compared to similar outfits. I went with Trio over the lower bids because they are a family owned company, not a big corporation.

Description of Work: Did not use this company. I don't remember when the owner came out, it's been too long ago. The date I submitted is just a guess. She was very nice, spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and gave some tips on things I could do to improve/change my landscaping. The cost for her services was very expensive so I didn't hire this company
