A tentative (and correct) diagnosis was made over the phone on a mid-Saturday afternoon, they willingly took computer in over a weekend, replaced a corrupted operating system by 4:30 on Monday, and replaced a suspect hard drive 1.5 months after warranty expired. All for $50. This has been my most positive computer-fixing experience to date.
Description of Work: Fixed corrupted Microsoft operating system files and replaced hard drive.
