Description of Work: Re-roofing of house. All went according to plan. The crew were very hardworking professionals. They completed in one day. Cleaned the property afterwards so it was minimum disruption for the homeowner.

Description of Work: Topside met with adjuster to go over claim and make sure everything that was damaged got covered in claim.Topside presented us with their proposal.They went over shingle selection with us.They ordered all permits, materials, dumpsters.They did tear-off and reroof of our 2-story house.They did all clean up and removal of debris.Topside handled all insurance paperwork. We had hail damage on our roof and were referred to Topside by Settergren Hardware Store on Penn. Topside did a professional and efficient job from start to finish. They worked with us to select a great shingle color for our house and encouraged us to upgrade from 3-tab to architectural shingles which looks so much better. They pulled all the proper permits, ordered the right materials, dumpsters, etc. The materials and the crew arrived on time and finished most of the work in one day.They came back the second day to finish a few details and clean up around the house. Topside met the insurance adjuster at our house and handled all the insurance related paperwork. Everything went smoothly and we recommended them to several of our neighbors who also used them. We were very satisfied with the service and quality fo work.

+ 1 moreI called our local hardware store looking for a recommendation for roof repair and Topside came highly recommended. The overall experience was just fine. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. The only thing I would mention is that communication was a little uneven. I called back one of their people and told him to stop by and leave an estimate or mail one to us but then he didn't call me back so I had to call again - not that big of a deal and it was rectified soon. We received the estimate and I mailed it back and included a Post-it note asking them to let us know when they would be coming out to do the work. But instead of calling they just showed up - again, it worked out fine, but I had wanted to try to work around my wife's schedule (and our daughter's nap schedule!), which is why I included the note with the estimate. All in all, not a major issue but just felt it was worth mentioning. They did a nice job at a very reasonable price, which I suppose is the most important thing, right?
Description of Work: We had them re-attach our front gutters after severe ice dams this winter had caused them to disconnect from the house. They also fixed some minor siding issues.
