Terrible!!! Top Notch created $ 600.00 in damages and then blamed me, the homeowner! The service tech was trying to get the cover off the cast iron "T" for the main drain. He was having issues and he asked me if he could pound out the cap and I asked him directly if there was any chance of damaging the cast iron fitting. Steve, the service tech said he has done this many times before without any issues. So, since I assume he is the trained professional, I thought he knew what he was doing. No more than 5 minutes later, he came to me and said he broke the fitting. If you don't know, this fitting is embedded in concrete and usually has to be cut out of the concrete and replaced. I told him to stop and decided he just needed to leave. I contacted Top Notch twice and both times they indicated I should have known there was a danger in breaking this fitting. I am not a plumber; I thought I was hiring an expert so I didn't have to know about such things. As soon as I called the owner of the company, he immediately blamed me even though I was not warned verbally before hand or signed any release. They still refuse to take responsibility and I am sure they will deny everything in their response to this note. Top Notch was proud that they didn’t even charge me for the service call! I went to another professional plumbing company for repairs and they amazed at Top Notches response. Just be warned.

Steve arrived on time, and got the work done quickly. We have had sewer back ups in the past from tree roots, and try to keep a regular schedule of having the main drain cleaned out for maintenance purposes. This is the first time we have used Top Notch, but we will use again. I think the price for this task is very reasonable.

Awesome! What an honest company. My drains in the basement were overflowing. Roto Rooter had come out, a month prior, and the pipes were backing up again. The plumber that came out explained that until I had a ''Y joint'' installed in the main pipe, I would be calling them out every month for the rest of my life. He insisted that I do this to ensure the pipes are cleaned as well as they should be. He recommended a company and I called and had it done. He was able to come back the afternoon that the other plumber left.
