Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

Everything was great. I called on Monday and they had an appt free for the next day. The gentleman showed up within 15 mins of designated time, walked through what I wanted done, and got right to business. Carpet, sofa and chair look MUCH better than they did prior to the cleaning! I would use them again. I chose them because they're local and I found the prices reasonable.

They were able to come out and clean the rug within a few days of my call. They were prompt, polite, did a professional job, and were reasonably priced.

They did a fantastic job. The guy that came out (Jeremy) was excellant, the kind of guy you feel good about having him in your home. I will definatley use them again.

They are efficient and friendly. They do a great job cleaning. They are here when they are supposed to be here. They are everything I'm looking for. I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent job, but the cleaning price at $.38 per square foot may be higher than others. Professional service, and no hassles with additional services.

We used them 8 years ago when we first moved into our house. I really liked them. If I decided to get my carpets cleaned again then I would definitely use them. They were punctual, friendly, and came off as being very knowledgeable. They were quick, efficient, and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. They had a "can do" attitude in terms of getting stains out. I liekd that it dried very quickly. It turned out great. They were able to get stains out that had been there for quite awhile. I have an allergy problem, and the products that they used didn't seem to have any lingering scents. I liked the interaction as well as the quality of the cleaning. We had a couple of other estimates and their prices were comparable to the other people.

Punctual, efficient, and very courteous. Received a 12% discount due to Angie's List. Additionally, we received a follow-up call a few days later to check on the drying and effectiveness of the cleaning; I appreciated that customer service touch!

Sent an email to Tillers through Angie's List. They replied the next working day. I wanted the carpets done that Friday and they were able to meet that date. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was a little lower than the actual. That was ok because I had not measured the rooms. We had a number of pet stains which he worked hard to remove and got most of them. The carpets looked much better. They called the following week to make sure we were satisfied. A good experience overall.

They couldn't use a truck mount, so they came in through the garage without permission. He was very sarcastic. He brought a large portable cleaning into my common hallway. I told him that I couldn't have a large unit running in the hall for a couple of hours because I had just moved in and didn't want to disturb the neighbors. I asked him to bring it into the apartment and he said "if it springs a leak its better that its in the hall than the apartment." I eventually asked him to leave. He dumped a lot of water in the garage before he left that backed up. I told him he had to make sure that this water went down alright and he got in his truck and left.

They are very good and are very attentive. We are going to use them again soon. They are very professional and seem to leave the carpet dryer than others as well.

Excellent. Jeremy arrived within quoted time window. He reviewed the work to be done and provided a revised quote using the actual measurements of the pieces. We ended up paying less than the phone quote since I thought the carpets were bigger than they were. He asked where I would like the carpets placed after cleaning, and then put them there. He also provided good advice on cleaning a tricky spot on our hardwood floors. Professional and thoughtful - very nice guy - an asset to the company.

They were very late but did provide us periodic phone calls to let us know that they were behind schedule and also to give us estimated arrival times. They offered to re-schedule, which we declined, since we were in the process of moving and had our house on the market. He didn't arrive until quite late in the evening but was able to provide the service very quickly. He even did beyond the stairwell in an attempt "blend" the cleaning on the landings with the remainder of the carpeting in the room, which they did not charge extra for. The additional service was much appreciated!

I spent $120 on that service. They were prompt and punctual. They are reasonably priced and did a good job. Their effectiveness was just as good as I could expect. Their price is lower than some of the other companies. They were fine.

They are awesome! They are great at getting spots out of carpeting effectively.

Excellent. Second time we have used them--they do a great job and don't nickel and dime you. They will do as much or as little as you need and really listen to your requests--then they go above and beyond.

They worked with my schedule and showed up as promised, even in a snowstorm. Work was done efficiently and everything looked great.

This is the 2nd time I have used Tiller's and will continue to do so. From start to finish, the technician was courteous, professional, and thorough. The steps were not included in the original work order, but he gladly added them once he arrived at the house. The work was completed in a timely manner. Furniture left on the carpet was elevated on foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry while still protecting the furniture. I have had carpet cleaners in the past who have NOT taken this simple, extra step in protecting furniture as well as carpet. Thank you, Tiller's!

They arrived on time. Called as promised so I could meet them at my house. The service man was very friendly and professional. All items cleaned as requested.

It went fine. They came when scheduled and did a good job. It took over 24 hours to dry, but the weather was pretty humid.

They came out and gave me an estimate on carpet I didn't thin was salvagable. It was only a year old, but in a rental unit. Stains everywhere. Copleted the work three days later. I was amazed at how well it turned out. Saved me from replacing it.

great. They called to confirm the appointment the day before, were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The carpets were wetter than I would have liked, but came clean and looked great when they dried the next day. Tiller's called the following day to see if I was happy with everything.

Very well. Did a great job. There was a small stain on carpet which was cleaned. Great customer service from the 1st conversation with them. Received a phone call following service to see how things went and if I was satisfied.

Hired to clean a sofa. There were no specific spots, just generally dirty. When I tried to show the employee who came out to do the cleaning the areas where the sofa was dirtiest i.e the back and side that were located over a vent, he did not pay attention. After he had cleaned the sofa I could still see areas that were dirty and had to ask him to redo the areas. After he had gone over the areas again he asked if I wanted to "inspect" it. I could see that the areas were still not clean in comparison to the remainder of the sofa, but felt he was not interested in actually getting the sofa cleaned. When I spoke to the company about my concerns they set up a time to have the sofa redone which was to be in the afternoon, although they were not able to give me and exact time and told me that they would let me know on the day. I did not get a call from them and had to call to see when they would arrive. They did not arrive at the stated time and called 15 minutes later to say that it would be another half hour before the person arrived. I had previously told them that I would have to leave by that time and she then asked if they could stay after I left. Since they did not do a good job when I was present, I did not feel that it was likely they would when I wasn't there. She did offer to try and reschedule another visit, but at that point I felt I had wasted enough time with them and declined. They did refund my money at my request, but I would have preferred to have my sofa cleaned appropriately on the first attempt. Overall I felt the service was poor and I should not have had to waste this amount of time trying to get the job done. I have since had the sofa cleaned by another company and it looks wonderful.
