Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

Did not clean the chair because it was not on the work order, but the first time I told them what I wanted cleaned and they did it. They did clean the carpets well and were on time. It must have been a miscommunication the second time.

Very friendly and wonderful. I had to go to work and didn't mind them in my house. I have only one week to get my house ready for market and called them on Monday and they came today (Wednesday). I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets, not now they did a wonderful job and carpets look fresh.

Very positive experience. The young man who cleaned my carpet was very professional and courteous. They also had a prompt response to my inquiries. I had a very bad spot on the carpet I couldn't remove, and Tiller's removed it completely. Keep up the good work!

The company called the day before the appointment to confirm and called about half hour before tech. arrived. Larry arrived right on time for the appt. He was very personable and low-key. No hard sell. It had been a couple years since our light colored carpet had been cleaned. There were no major stains, but they were dull. The end result was very satisfying. The carpets are very bright, especially the landing coming into the house from our breezeway. That carpet, a berber, has really taken a beating. It now looks great; I don't cringe every time I walk there. Every contact with the company was professional and personable. I absolutely will use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

When we phoned, the receptionist was very polite and helpful and was willing to accommodate our requests. We didn't go ahead with the carpet cleaning at this time, but if we ever again need a steam cleaner Tillers would be our choice. The price quoted was competitive and if we had additional questions the owner was available.

Larry noticed my staircase was covered with plaster for too long. He recommended to clean the streaks for me. It was an excellent suggestion. He did a very good job. They have a friendly staff. They did make scratches on the wall.

Larry showed up on time, and he gave me an estimate before starting work. We talked about the stains etc. We have a dog and two children, so we had stains. He did a great job.

Larry was a very friendly, easy-going guy. He didn't mind that I talked his ears off, he just talked with me while he was doing his work. He did a terrific job; he even brought a new pair of shoes to wear while he worked and left his street shoes in the foyer. As he was leaving, he used his towel to mop up the little bit of water that had dribbled onto the foyer tile when he disconnected his equipment!

EXCELLENT RESPONSIVENESS. THE COORDINATOR AUTOMATICALLY GAVE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. APPOINTMENT GAVE 1 HOUR WINDOW, RATHER THAN THE HALF DAY WINDOW COMMON WITH OTHER COMPANIES. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY, IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

TECH WAS ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPETS. THERE WERE SOME PET STAINS THAT HE CLEANED UP AS WELL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THEM AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD.

THE RUG CLEANER WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE STAINS AND GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE JOB EVEN AFTER HE ARRIVED HERE. HE DIDN'T MIND MOVING SOME OF MY FURNITURE AROUND EITHER. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HONORED THE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

MIKE, THE SERVICE TECH WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT. HE ASKED PERMISSION BEFORE DOING ANYTHING OR MOVING ANYTHING. HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY PETS SLIPPING OUT THE DOOR. HE WAS QUICK AND THOROUGH. VERY REASONABLY PRICED, GREAT SERVICE.

ROMMEL (SP?) WAS ON TIME, PLEASANT. BEFORE STARTING, HE ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO APPLY A PROTECTANT - THAT WASN'T SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN BROUGHT UP WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. HE COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. THE CARPET WASN'T VISIBLY DIRTY OR STAINED, SO IT'S HARD TO COMMENT ON JOB QUALITY. THE PRICE ACTUALLY ENDED UP BEING A BIT LOWER THAN QUOTED.

LARRY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETING, EVEN REMOVED SOME STAINS I THOUGH WERE PERMANENT. HE WAS CHEERFUL AND HARDWORKING. HE WAS ALSO 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES LATE. I HAD EVEN LEFT WORK EARLY SO I COULD BE HOME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, 4:30. AT 5:00 I CALLED TILLER'S TO INQUIRE IF A TECH WAS ON THE WAY. THE SECRETARY SAID SHE WOULD CHECK AND CALL ME BACK. AT 5:10 SHE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE HAD TO FINISH ANOTHER JOB. HE CALLED AT 5:45 TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY BUT STUCK IN TRAFFIC. HE ARRIVED AT 6:45, APOLOGIZED AND ADMITTED THEY WERE OVERBOOKED. THIS NEED NOT HAVE HAPPENED. WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME 2 DAYS EARLIER TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT SHE THOUGHT IT WAS FOR 3:15, BUT I REMINDED HER IT WAS FOR 4:15. I ASKED HER IF THAT WOULD BE A PROBLEM, AND OFFERED TO REBOOK FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SHE TOLD ME NO, SHE'D FIND ANOTHER TECH, BUT IT WOULD BE CLOSER TO 4:30 BEFORE HE COULD GET TO MY HOUSE. OBVIOUSLY THAT WASN'T TRUE.

EXCELLENT JOB! SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME, CALLED AHEAD TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE COMING AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. MY BERBER HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED AND I WASN'T TOO HOPEFUL THAT SOME WATER SPOTS AND TRAFFIC GRIME WOULD COME OUT, BUT IT ALL DID AND THE CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

TILLER'S ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB STEAM CLEANING THE CARPETS IN 3 BEDROOMS, HALLWAY AND STAIRS IN ADDITION TO OUR LIVING ROOM COUCH.

HAVING A DOG, I WAS AMAZED AT HOW CLEAN THE CARPETS WERE - ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED!
