Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

They did an excellent job, here on time, fair price.

This is my first time hiring a carpet cleaning company and I will be using Tiller's again. Mike, the technician, did a very thorough and superb job. I even added items to be cleaned and it still came under their phone bid.

The technician did a nice job. He was very detailed and the carpet looked and felt great upon completion. Highly recommend.

They were excellent! They cleaned my cream carpet sorely abused by my three boys and one daughter all under the age of 6.

It was outstanding work, they helped move furniture around. They went beyond what they needed to do. On time and very professional. I plan on having them back again to do some other carpet cleaning.

Very professional. Were late, but called early in the day to inform me and reschedule if necessary. There was a stain that the gentleman worked an hour on, but would not charge me for that time because he was unable to completely remove the stain. Overall a very positive experience.

They were polite, had a reasonable price, and were nice to work with.

The technician was on time and worked quickly. There were some stains left on the couch after the first visit and when I called the office they immediately scheduled a follow-up visit to do a second treatment. (The stains were set and appeared to be gone when wet, but when had reappeared when the cushions dried.)

It was an exceptional value, he was prompt, courteous, and thorough. It was a pleasure and worry free service.

Larry the technician was very professional yet personable. I felt that he knew what needed to be done and I immediately felt that I was in good hands! My carpet is fresh and clean and smells wonderful. I will use their services again in the future. Every person I spoke with from this company was friendly and helpful. Tiller's was quick to respond from the start. They were able to come within a week and did a very nice job. The service worker was very friendly and professional.

Everything was great. They were very nice and informative on the phone, worked me into their schedule at the best time for me and then showed up on time. The technician was incredibly nice and professional. He gave me the total price before starting, which was even less than I had been quoted, and then completed the job in under an hour. The carpets look great and the stains are gone. I will definitely use Tiller's Carpet Cleaning again and will also recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning services!

The two men did a great job, as has been the case before. They arrived as promised, and worked carefully and steadily. They're a pleasure to work with.

Punctual, diligent, friendly... They were able to remove two year old stains on a cream colored couch. It doesn't smell like dog feet anymore either!

The cleaning job was well done and I will probably use them again, but I didn't appreciate the initial attitude of the service tech.

Technician was on-time, dispatcher communicated arrival time with perfection. Very pleasant and highly competent throughout the entire process. Very pleased with results! Final bill was lower than rough phone estimate, but exactly what technician estimated upon arrival. Will absolutely do business with them again!

This is a terrific company. Ed Tiller actually cleaned the carpets for us and the carpets look like new. He was able to get several stains out of the carpet so that one would never know the stains were ever there. Mr. Tiller is very polite and personable and, when I inadvertently locked us out of the house, he waited patiently with me for my husband to arrive with another key. I found Mr. Tiller to be very professional and trustworthy. My entire experience was great and we will use this company again.

The carpet hadn't been cleaned for at least 3 years and had pet stains. He was prompt. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He went over the pet stains extra times.

Overall all a pretty good cleaning. Carpet had NEVER been cleaned before; it was a tough job. Still some gray dust stains close to the baseboard.

I will probably use this company this summer.

Extremely friendly & personable. This was a pre-move-in service, so they called me when they arrived at the empty house to make sure they cleaned all the areas we wanted. They even worked around the painter & got everything cleaned great!

The tech, Rommel, was on time, walked through the space with me and gave me the total price before he started working. He did a great job; it took a little longer than he had estimated up front (not impacting the price, which was based on square footage and number of steps to be cleaned), but our carpets look great. I really appreciate that there were no dings to walls or furniture. Tiller's did need to reschedule by one day due to a death in a tech's family, but they were very good about informing me ahead of time and rescheduling.
