Perfectly. Looks better than after any other cleaner. He also lifted furniture and put it on blocks which was epic.

I've had them for a long time. They are fine. I've had them before and I would have them again. I have been using them for 5-10 years or so. They were recommended years ago and I got them and used them ever since.

It went extremely well. The young man was extremely professional and ON TIME! He did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and explained everything before and after. He worried and worried over a "spot" he could not get out. Frankly, I could barely see it while the carpet was fresh and not at all when it was dry. Even so, he offered to come back free of charge and keep treating it as necessary to try to remove it as best as possible. (I didn't need that done). The job was done right the first time and there was absolutely no odor or chemical substances that I could detect after the job. Wonderful company!

Making an appointment was easy to do. The carpet cleaner arrived right on time and immediately told me what the price would be. The carpet was very dirty with many stains. It looks so much better now. Next time I need carpet cleaning I will call Tiller again.

Cleaner was efficient, worked hard to do a good job and was helpful with furniture replacement. Worked around heavy furniture. I had a couple of difficult stains due to heavy traffic and they came out beautifully. I was so pleased with how the carpet turned out. Company called a few days later to ask how the job came out and whether we were pleased. Would use them again.

Everything was great. There was just one person cleaning. He helped us move things out of the way. The carpets look beautiful!

Larry was here for the second time in a few months to help prepare our house for selling. We had moved three rooms around for showing and furniture had been sitting for years. He went above and beyond! One rug I thought was hopeless looked like new. And cleaned a huge ottoman we love and was well used. Service was exceptional. On time, professional, and terrific job! Then Lisa called from Tillers a few days later to make sure we were totally satisfied. Will definitely recommend and use again.

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have used Tiller. Obviously, I like them a great deal. They do a thorough job and are fairly priced. They have been able to remove all the stains.

It went very well. Punctual, professional and confirmed the appointment as day in advance. They were very accommodating and coming later in the day, so I didn't have to take a day off of work to be home. The stains were guaranteed, so if it returns once the carpet is dried and it didn't go away they will come back to service it again. Great service and stains were removed as promised. Even urine pet stains that I have tried everything to remove disappeared!

First impression of this company was wonderful phone conversation with Lisa who provided answers. She is delightful. Then Larry showed up to do the work and he did remarkable job!!!!! We were all set to replace carpet due to dirt build-up, stains, worn paths, etc. decided to try cleaning first. Larry gave us on-spot estimate, was professional, and delightful to work with. And carpet looks just fabulous. Saved us thousands of dollars in new carpet costs. Larry will definitely be back to do three bedrooms.

It went VERY well! The service provider was right on time and he was extremely friendly and professional. He walked around the areas with me before he got started and I showed him some of the stains that were pretty bad. He explained to me what he thought the best treatments were for the specific stains. He explained the pricing to me very thoroughly. He cleaned up the areas where he worked and left no mess behind when he was done. The carpet looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. What I like is that everything that he offered to me were merely suggestions/solutions, he was not a pushy salesman at all. He was not pushy about doing things that would cost more. (Most carpet cleaning companies offer this great price online or over the phone and then once they get to your house they keep adding on special treatments at additional costs and they will 'nickel, dime' you to death with the extra fees...Tillers DID NOT do this to me!) NOTE: I previously fostered dogs for about a year and even though I treated each 'accident' immediately and thoroughly, it still seemed like my carpet looked horrible and the odor remnants were something I felt like I smelled, even though others coming into my home swore they didn't smell anything. Tillers Carpet Cleaning cleaned all those spots up and deodorized my carpet and it looks amazing! I'm no longer concerned about people coming to my house because my carpet looks great and I feel so much better about the fresh smell in my house!

It went great. They did a very fine job for a very great price. They even went as far as to call me back and asked if I had any other needs, I told them there was one spot that could be fixed and they told me they would send somebody out. Great customer service.

I should have read my own review from previous service. It went about the same as last time. Only no furniture was broken (which last time it was) The carpets looks great, but other things could have been better. The technician was polite but he was 15 minutes later than scheduled. He quoted a price that I thought was high ($400+)and was for two rooms, a basement, a small hallway and a set of stairs. Other providers would have done the entire house for $250-$300. This did not include scotch guard or any extra area rugs. Our carpets were very dirty, as we had not had them cleaned after winter. I knew the quality last time was good so I did agree to proceed. He spent all morning at the house and would have spent more time if I didn't need to leave for an appointment. He had to rush to finish the stairs. He had asked if he could stay to finish and lock up, which I really didn't feel was safe or appropriate as this is a complete stranger. The finished product was great. Carpets are clean and look nice. So some good things, but overall I think I will find a better deal and provider in the area in the future.

Prompt, punctul, and thorough. We've used Tiller's services for years and will continue to use them. If ever there's been a question, they've been immediately available to deal with and correct it. Why would one change when there's known value and quality.

I had used Tiller's previously for another rental property with good results so I called and scheduled them for this rental townhome. When I called and they were able to come out at the time that fit my tenant's schedule. They called before arriving at the townhome so I could meet them there and arrived on time. I had given the scheduler the rough plan for the work so the cleaning person went about measuring the exact area to give me a price for the work to be done. The price was acceptable so he began work and I was able to leave him with my tenant to finish the work. After the work was finished, I called my tenant to determine if the work was satisfactory. There were a couple of spots that did not come out in the initial cleaning. Tiller's scheduler called to check on their work and I mentioned the spots and she said they would be out again to deal with the spots. I met the Tiller's owner (different than the original cleaner) at the townhome and he worked on the spots with some success and a reasonable explanation for the ones that could not be removed (furniture dye bleeding). He also re-cleaned the stairs that did not seem to be as clean as he desired. I was pleased with Tiller's service and outstanding follow-up on their work. The carpets look good, my tenant is happy, and I will use Tiller's again for carpet cleaning in the future.

They are very professional. They did a tremendous job of cleaning up after themselves and when the stain reappeared they came back and fixed it. And they really did a fabulous job.

The person who came did a very good job. He moved furniture and even put it back in a new arrangement at our request. The price was fair considering he spent most of the day at our house.

One area had a high volume of traffic.|There was an obvious spot(source unknown) on the carpet that they worked on.|They said it might not come out but watch it and call them to try again. They did come back and try. The spot did not come out but I felt they did the best that could be done.

Outstanding work as in the past.

We contacted their carpet service by email to get an estimate on cleaning one room in our home. They responded back to our email within one day and gave us a good estimate of what it would cost. We called prompting and asked questions especially about how close the estimate would be compared to the actual cost. My email was reviewed along with the floor map I sent and she felt it would be very close to the estimate and reassured me if it was higher that I could refuse the service at no extra charge. Larry was on time finished the job within approximately an hour. He answered my questions honestly afterwards about how to best keep it looking our best. Angie's List offered a $15.00 coupon online but I could not open it or print it. After talking with Tiller's spokeslady, she said she would honor the Angie's list coupon and they did when I paid for the cleaning.

We are so pleased with Larry's work. He was polite and professional and did a wonderful job. We are putting our house on the market and chose Tiller's after readings other reviews that they were very good at removing pet stains. We made the right choice! We also appreciate that Tiller's was able to accommodate our tight timeline due to listing our house by quickly fitting us into their schedule. We recommend Tiller's and plan to use them again to clean the carpets in our new home.
