Very well, showed up on time, did a good job moved furniture where necessary, took about 3 hours, then explained drying process and when furniture could go back.

Great! They were able to come the week after I called. Someone called to confirm the appointment the day before. The cleaner came on time and was friendly. The carpet looks excellent.

I had requested an in-home estimate because I was unsure the carpet was even worth cleaning. It had many deep stains on it. The owner, himself, arrived at our home and said he was sure they could make a big improvement. The operator arrived today at the exact time they said he would. Work was completed within one hour and, although it is still damp, it looks beautiful. One stain in particular was very stubborn but the man doing the job resprayed it before leaving and it looks like it will be fine. The entire carpet was treated with a Teflon finish to help prevent further staining. I plan on having this done again in about a year. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.

Carpet cleaner guy came when he was supposed to. Did an excellent job on a very old and dirty carpet. Put extra work in trying to get out a bad stain which he had told me in advance he didn't think he could remove but he did get out most of it, which was quite an improvement. I thought the price was extremely reasonable. He moved some beds and file cabinets to do the carpet underneath and put furniture protector thingees under all pieces of furniture.

Great. The carpet looks like new. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Tiller's after seeing their company information on Angie's website. We were in a bit of a rush and understanding this, Tiller's arranged schedules to have a cleaner at the house the next morning at 10:00am. 10:00am arrived and the representative from Tiller's was right on time! He was extremely respectful (covered his shoes the minute he walked in the door), got right to work and the job he did was absolutely above and beyond any expectations we had hoped for. The cleaning done by Tiller's has prevented us from having to replace one entire room of carpet - amazing!

Technician was efficient, friendly, he and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this service again.

They were at my house in a couple of days. The guy was very professional and DID NOT try to up sell me services that I did not want, unlike what I have usually received. Very happy!

Engaged Tiller's to clean my carpeting (including several oriental carpets), they were courteous and engaging from the first phone call; timely, reliable and thorough in doing the actual cleaning; and provided really great value for the money spent. I was particularly impressed with their staff and would absolutely use Tiller's again to clean any and all of my carpeting.

My carpet and furniture turned out really nice. They did a great job. When they left, they did not leave any mess behind. I liked how they put the furniture up on blocks instead of cleaning around it or having to move it out of the room. The only small thing was that they were a few minutes late getting here. I am sorry but I forgot what I paid them.

Excellent. My call was returned promptly. Appointment was set-up and Reann gave me estimate over the phone based on the approximate dimensions I supplied. When gentleman arrived, he measured all rooms and the cost was actually $25 less than quoted on the phone. I was able to get a 20% discount for cleaning in January that I wasn't even aware of when I called. I will definitely call Tiller's again every 12-18 months to keep up our warranty on Stainmaster carpet. They also told me that if any stains re-appeared, they would come back for free. I couldn't believe these guys even move furniture if needed!

I called Tiller's. They were polite and informative. My sister recommended tiller's to me but I couldn't remember who she had got. They were able to look up her job to find out Larry had done her carpets. They set up an appointment for Larry to clean my carpets at 2:30pm on Friday. Larry called at 2:PM to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. Truck was new and clean. Larry measured my house. I had guessed we had 1500 square feet of carpeting. Larry came up with 639 (so I'm not that great at estimating). He could have upped his estimate but didn't. He's very honest and informative. He moved my furniture and left it on foam blocks to not stain the carpet. He also cleaned our rugs. I thought they were borderline dirty but after Larry cleaned half of one and showed me the difference, I was convinced. I would fully recommend Tiller's to clean your carpet. They own they're own trucks and equipment too (no sub-contractors to deal with). They also come back for free if stains come back. Perfect!

They did a very nice job. Really paid attention to detail. Spent nearly three hours at the house cleaning the carpets. Moved every piece of furniture very carefully. The carpets all look great.

I called the week before Thanksgiving, hoping against hope they could get me in. There was an opening the following day! My furniture was already pretty dirty, and then soot from a recent oven fire didn't help. But the service guy, Mike (I think), really did a bang-up job on making my furniture look marvelous. He was pleasant to be around, and offered a variety of tips on carpet cleaning (which I will hire Tillers to do as well). I am so relieved to not be embarrassed for people to see my furniture! My only negative comment, (which is quite minor) is that Mike was half an hour early, and I didn't get a call to say he was on his way, as was promised. Luckily I was there, and he needed every minute of daylight that he had anyway! BTW: you won't see advertising for this company because they get their work from referrals and Angie's List!

Quick response to our request for an estimate and were able to come to our home later that same week. They did have to change the appointment at the last minute due to a cancellation but it worked out ok. Larry was very nice to have in our home and he took a lot of care moving the furniture out of the way for cleaning. He got out a couple of spots that pre-date our ownership of the house. The carpet looks great. Would definitely use Tiller's again and recommend them.

The representative on the phone quoted me a price based on my measurements guesstimate so I'd know what to expect. The cleaning person showed up during the allotted time frame and was very professional. The only thing that was additional was a deodorizer, which was an additional $50. My carpets were in terrible condition due to pet stains and general wear (I have 3 big dogs and often have 1 foster dog). All stains are gone, my carpets look great, and my sofa looks great! There were no surprises, just great service. They do what they say they're going to do and that's appreciated, as I've had some bad experiences in the past with the ''upselling'' tactics of other carpet cleaning companies. They did a great job! P.S. They also said they'd come back if the stains reappear as they sometimes do. So far, that hasn't happened.

We moved into a townhome in Eden Prairie in August. Our carpets are a very light beige and they seemed stained beyond cleaning. We were even considering replacing all the flooring on the main floor but decided to see what a good cleaning could do to the carpet first. We contacted Tiller's because we saw how highly recommended they came on Angie's List. They were able to schedule a cleaning within days of our contact (which helped because we were expecting out-of-town guests). The carpet looks great now, and we're so relieved that we don't have to replace the flooring. I would highly recommend Tiller's to others. They sent one person to do the cleaning and he was very prompt and courteous. Also, I was amazed that they sent us the bill after the cleaning had taken place. I was prepared to pay when the service was being done, but the guy said they'd send a bill. That just doesn't happen much in this day and age that you get the service before you have to pay.

WONDERFUL transformation of carpeting I thought might be a lost cause. If I had known how amazing the results would be and how truly accommodating Tiller's would be, I would not have waited a year after a major construction project to get the carpeting cleaned. Rommel was on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was dry within a few hours. I have a "new" room.
