Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

I thought that they did a good job on my carpets. They treated me fine, and the work turned out pretty good. They missed a couple of spots but, they came back and did it without further charge.

Great from start to finish. They were accommodating on scheduling, showed up on time and did a great job cleaning a carpet that a previous vendor suggested wouldn't clean well. They checked back after the job to make sure we were satisfied.

The scheduler, Ray Ann, was outstanding. She wanted to be sure I understood prices (for instance, they charge by the stair) and services and gave me an estimate based on the size of the rooms and the types of furniture. She answered questions and gave me a reminder call. The cleaner measured the rooms with tape (I have had people just estimate the size). Cleaner was careful, got the carpets clean and all spots removed. He gave me a detailed itemized bill. Ray Ann called the next day to see whether I was satisfied.

The technician was on time. He explained what he was going to do, gave me a detailed estimate based on what I requested, and completed the job in the time he said. The carpet was thoroughly clean. I received a follow up call to see if everything was satisfactory.

They were polite, personable, responsive and easy to get in tough with them.

The cleaning was to prepare for renters to move in. The only issue we had was that the carpets were left pretty wet.

Tiller's cleaned the carpeting on my lower level and cleaned the upholstery on a couch and two chairs. I thought I might have to replace the carpeting because although not very old, it had some stains that other carpet cleaning companies could not remove. I decided to give it one last try and selected Tiller's and I am so glad I did. They removed all of the stains, were prompt, professional and courteous. I will hire them back to clean the carpets on the upper level. I couldn't recommend them more highly; definitely the best in my experience.

I had 2 large plant water stains in my dining room. The technician returned several times until the stain was completely gone.

Scheduled to show up between 10 am and Noon-showed up at 11:30 am. Quick setup and completed the job within 2 hours.

He was very nice. He did a second little area rug for free. he worked really hard to get all the spots out and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the work.

What can I say? If Angie's List had an A+ category, Tiller's would be at the top. I called them on a Wednesday because I was having a party on Sunday and wanted to see if I had even a slim chance of getting my carpet cleaned beforehand. The wonderful woman who answered the phone went out of her way to switch appointments around so they could fit me in. Sure enough, they came on Friday morning and were in and out within an hour. My carpet had numerous stains and the stairs hadn't been cleaned in almost four years (OK, I'm embarrassed), but now they're like new. The gentleman who cleaned (it wasn't Ed) was very courteous and professional, and the office even called back days later to see whether I was happy. This is my happiest experience ever with any kind of subcontractor. The experience was a pleasure!

Excellent customer service. I had been told by another carpet cleaning company that they would not clean the carpet because there were paint chips and it hadn't been vacuumed before they got there. Tiller's cleaned it with no problem. The price was about $90 more than I was quoted over the phone--there were more steps than expected, and the quoted price may have been pre-tax. I would definitely recommend Tiller's.
