Tiller's is always nice and professional. They do a very good job. They are priced just right, and my light colored carpets were successfully cleaned of the dark chocolate spots.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service. They did an excellent job in cleaning the spots off the carpet and they looked like new when done. They spent about two hours on the sectional. They worked really hard to get the couch clean and spots removed. It looked brand new when they were finished.

There employee (Mike) overall did an excellent job, he was very knowledgeable and experienced. I asked him to additionally clean an area rug not originally in the plan and he did an excellent job with that area rug also. Would for sure use them again and would recommend to others to use them.

Larry was prompt and polite, explained how the price was calculated, after measuring the rooms. Price was in line with the phone estimate. Her was even interesting to chat with as he cleaned the carpets!

The first surprise was how friendly and helpful the person answering the phone was. She prompted me for the rooms and approximate sizes, explained her pricing and also what to expect when the tech arrived. The next surprise was that she could arrange for a tech the next day because I would be home and it would be warm enough to have the windows open. The tech arrived at the appointed time asked to see what was to be cleaned and started measuring. The actual square feet was a little less than the estimate, and the final estimate was revised downward. This is light cream carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 4 years. There were dark spots everywhere and cat hair deep into the pile. We were sure we would have to replace the carpet. The tech moved our furniture, cleaned, and placed foam blocks under the furniture when they were replaced. I sat in the kitchen reading, almost unaware that the carpets were being cleaned. No smell and almost no noise. All of the stains are gone and the carpet dried to a very soft touch. This was a new house and the carpet had been cleaned before we moved in, but it was stiff and crackled when we walked on it. So this was the first time it had ever felt soft! There was no high pressure to pay for add ons or other services, something I've experienced with other cleaners. I was told that they would come back at no charge if any stains showed up after the carpet dried. Amazingly, that wasn't necessary.

We had tried several different products to clean the mystery spots on the carpets, but none worked. Tiller's moved furniture, cleaned the entire carpet, completely removed the stains, left the carpet soft and fresh smelling and the sofa looked brand new. I was completely shocked and delighted at the result. They were prompt and extremely polite on the phone and in person, too. They worked magic.

Got tough stains out, like chili and pet stains, but seemed to leave carpets too wet.

There were a few puppy stains that were absolutely no problem for them. Ive used them before and their work is always great.
