Tillers Steam Carpet Cleaning

Did a terrific job cleaning the carpets. They were careful not to make a mess on the tile floors or walls. Employee and owner had great personalities. Even the receptionist was a pleasure to talk to.

Overall the work is very good but their prices were much higher this year which did not make me happy.

The guy was very helpful. He even helped me move a couch. He was highly educated in carpet cleaning and overall a nice guy.

I called up Tiller requesting service. They had someone available the next morning. That morning, the cleaner arrived, cleaned the carpets requested, and finished within a couple of hours. The carpets looked almost new, the prices was much less than we expected. Overall, a great experience!

They were on time for the appointment and I thought the pricing was quite good compared to the other companies I contacted. This company did a great job. I have hardwood floors and they made sure that the rugs were clean but the floors did not get wet. I also had an old chair that I wanted cleaned and they did quite a good job on that as well.

Showed up when expected and did a good job at a fair price.

They were on time and went to work and explained what we should once they left.

They are very good and I have used them before.

Larry was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He took time to address my concerns and thoroughly explain the process. He did a great job! My only recommendation for Tillers is to make sure you tell your customers - at the time of service - the recommended instructions on what to do until the carpet is dry. I had to ask. When I made the appointment, the office person gave me the instructions, but it would be helpful if the person doing the work automatically did that too (since it had been 2 weeks or more since I had made the appointment and forgot a few things). Otherwise it was a good experience and the carpets look great - just in time for a big party!

Mike arrived within 10 minutes of our scheduled time (9 a.m.). He confirmed the work to be done and got to it. I explained I was an Angie's List member and he applied the discount to the final price.

The technician was very professional and spent a long time at my place. My carpet is so nice and clean now!

They were really thorough. I have a lot of dog odor and they got rid of all of that. They extracted all of the water and it hardly took any time to dry. They did a good job.

Our dog had gotten sick and had runny diahreah over many parts of our carpet on Saturday night. We tried cleaning it up by ourselves, to no avail. So I went on Angies list and found Tiller's, which had an A rating. I called them Monday morning and they were able to come over Tuesday afternoon. They not only cleaned up the terribly smelly stained area, but also did some other traffic areas which needed cleaning. They worked really h****** the stained areas, telling us that they probably would need to come back and re-spot it. He said he would do this re-spotting without charge! The very next day they called to ask if the spots were completely out. Since they weren't, they scheduled a return visit the very next day and completed the job with no charge! I was very impressed. They are a nice family owned business and left the place with no stains and NO ODOR! Considering the original problem, it was wonderful! We will definitely use them again, and recommend Tillers! OH yes, since we found them on Angie's list, they gave us a discount!

They were awesome. They are honest, non pretentious and they come on time. They cleaned carpets and upholstery that no one else could clean before. They are also highly inexpensive.

Jeremy showed up on time and was great - very professional and did an excellent job. Friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to my family. The office called a couple days later to check on the work. - Only miss was they did not call a day before to confirm the appointment.

Tiller’s Steam Carpet Cleaning is a family owned company. The service provided by them was great. The price was right and comparative too. I would hire them again the future.

I couldn't believe that the 20 bloody dog vomit stains came out of the light colored carpet! And yes the dog is ok!

We've used Tillers before and will use them again. They accommodated my scheduling request and called the day of to confirm. The cleaner was prompt, friendly and thorough. He removed several stains. The carpets and rug look brand new. We highly recommend this company.

The people on the phone were very helpful. He was like an hour and a half late. I had to call, and they didn?t call me to say he was going to be late by one and a half hours. When he came, he was very thorough, helpful, and pleasant.

Tiller's came over, measured the space, and cleaned the carpet. He told me about the Teflon coating and gave me a brochure and test strip to see how it works. He wasn't pushy at all. I thought it would be a good idea to include it. I received an Angie's List discount. The carpet looks great! I thought there were a couple of spots left behind, but when it dried and I vacuumed again, I couldn't see them. I also asked him to try to remove a stain on sisal carpeting. He was honest and explained that it's virtually impossible to remove stains from sisal. He tried anyway and although we still have the stain, it lightened up and spread out enough that it looks like a shadow and not so bad. I appreciated him trying for free!

Great. Larry showed up right on time. He walked with me to see the areas to be cleaned and he was courteous and attentive. He recommended some specific cleaning to my most wicked stains (from my dog's gastrointestinal upset) and was very upfront about the added benefit as well as the added charge. I ended up paying more than the original estimate, but it was worth it. My carpet looks great! The company made a follow-up phone call the next day to check on the service, which was also nice.

Excellent! I used to use a big-name cleaner. When they tried to charge me for an extra room because my family room was one foot over their limit, I bought my own cleaner. This worked ok, but took alot of time. Then my old beagle became incontinent (seriously). I couldn't keep up. Jaded by the pay-per-room scheme of the big-names, I called Tillers. They did just what I asked, and charged my only for the work they did. They measured out what I actually wanted cleaned, and gave me a price for it. In the living room, they moved furniture and cleaned the whole carpet. In my boy's bedrooms, they just cleaned the open area. Where my dog makes a mess, they pretreated and went extra deep. They worked quietly and respected the fact that I was telecommuting, on teleconferences during most of their work. Tillers did an excellent job.

They were prompt, complete and helpful with suggestions in maintaining a clean carpet. Troublesome spots were completely removed. The carpet looks better than it has in years.
