WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY DISCOVERED THAT THE HOSE WAS TOO SHORT TO REACH FROM THE TRUCK TO THE APARTMENT, AND THE PORTABLE CLEANER WAS TOO WIDE TO FIT THROUGH THE DOOR.
