Excellent. The company was responsive, polite, timely and friendly

We called them late in the season in novenber but they came out and put the metal mesh on and then as soon as it was warm enough in April they came and stucco'ed the rest. Then matched the stucco pattern perfectly. They were very fast and everything was cleaned up.

They answered our questions and phone calls and the work they did matched our old stucco. I will use item again for any future stucco needs.

I have used this company repeatedly for stucco work over the 30 years I have lived in my house and the results have always been stellar. Formerly, they were Donnelly Brothers Construction, whose family has been in stucco for decades. The current owner is the great-grandson of the original Donnelly owner. There is no company more skilled or knowledgeable in stucco than the Think Stucco professionals. The science of stucco has changed over the years and is still changing, so homeowners need professionals with longtime experience. There is no one I would let work on my stucco other than Think Stucco. The estimator was very responsive to my questions and needs, the repair went smoothly, the cost was reasonable, they were highly professional, the work was completed quickly and my painter said my stucco was perfectly repaired.

The workers showed up on time and were neat/orderly in their work. We did need to book them a couple of months in advance during their busy summer season, but we'd use them again.

With each step in the process. Larry was extremely communicative. The work was done promptly and was completed according to schedule. The final result was nothing short of spectacular. Contractor for hail damage was slow to complete roof, windows replacement, stucco had to wait. Then it became too late in 2015 and think stucco had to delay completion until spring.

The level of integrity and honor in this company paired with decades of experience clearly showed in the work and how I was treated! Rich Donnelly was a pleasure to work with and very patient with us as we decided on whether to proceed with the work. It was interesting and assuring to hear about the rich history of the Donnelly Family's stucco experience which is now encapsulated in Think Stucco. Rich explained carefully exactly how the work would be done. He even discussed worst case scenarios if there was structural damage under the stucco causing the issues we were having. I felt like I had a good handle on what would be involved before any work happened and fortunately there was no damage and the stucco repair was less complicated. They completed the work in two installments and I always knew when they were coming. Communication overall was very good. The workmen that came out were very friendly and they took great care to protect the plants around the house and clean up after the work. After the second/final installment, you could see lines where the patching underneath had been done. Rich assured me this wouldn't happen but the day they came to work, it rained and the humidity caused the stucco to cure in an uneven way. (The forecast that morning by the way said zero percent rain, but it rained nonetheless.) When I emailed some pictures of the problems on two walls, Rich called me up and said they would come an fully redo those two walls. I was stunned that I didn't have to argue. Something I'll never forget that Rich said to me was, "We want it to be right more than you do." Think Stucco has a lot of integrity and really stands behind their work. After they redid those two walls there is no sign of the patching and the entire job looks perfect. I would recommend Think Stucco to anyone who cares about having high quality stucco work done on their house. Their work is worth every penny. The only downside is that I probably won't personally use them again (unless we move to another house with stucco) because their work should last over 50 years. I am very impressed with my entire experience with Think Stucco and our 1963 House looks brand new (probably better than the day it was built.) Thank you Rich and the entire Think Stucco Team!

The stucco repair was performed in two visits in a timely manner exactly as laid out in the contract. Taink stacco was professional and very communicative.

A job that was suppose to take 2 days took 2 weeks, but that was largely because another company had to do sandblasting which was a week in happening and we had weather issues.
