I think they were very reactive to our questions and always acted quickly. They were convenient because they not only built the cabinets, but they also installed the cabinets. They brought their own engineer to do the measuring in our house. They were friendly. There were some deficiencies in their materials that could be tracked that kind of made their price seem less attractive, but their service was very good. I would use their service in the future only if I do my research and have something to compare with.

The design process was simple and timely. The cabinets look great and were delivered right on time. We requested a late upgrade to the drawers and slides and they were very fair in dealing with us to accommodate. There may be cheaper cabinets available, but for the quality and experience - this will be very hard to beat.

We have had really good luck with them and feel like they are a totally top notch type of company. They are very approachable and affordable. We were surprised because usually you pay more money for custom cabinets, but they were extremely affordable. They are very professional and had wonderful suggestions. They really worked with me. A lot of companys I talked to prior to them already had their cabinets made and wanted to try to show me how their cabinets would work in my kitchen, it was as if I had to adjust my desires to fit their designs. The opposite was true with the Woodshop, they wanted to know how they could make something that I would want. They were very open to what I wanted. I told them what I like and they created something around my desires. They have promised to have bids done by a certain time and always kept their word. They also promised to have responses to me on certain things and sometimes they have it before the expected time. For the granite, we were promised to have the pricing within 24 hours and they returned it the same day. We have been extremely happy with the services so far.
