Description of Work: This is kind of tricky. The Pool Store has answered all of our questions, Tony is great to work with, very helpful and explains things very clearly. The only reason I give them a 'B' rating is because our salesman, who will remain unnamed, wasn't quite as forthcoming with potential issues as we would've liked, specifically with our electrical. We were made to believe it would not be an issue at all and that it would be reasonable to have our outlet installed. This proved not to be the case, at all. Our initial quote came in at $2,500!!! We found someone to do it for $1,300, if I dig the 150' trench myself to bury the conduit. I don't think our salesman did a bad job, necessarily, but he sugarcoated things way too much and should've prepared us better for this huge investment, and potential increases in cost. The installers were excellent and professional, but it did cost another $1,650. They did a fabulous job though. My point is, I would recommend the Pool Store to my friends, but I would warn that costs can go up quickly, and you need to do your homework before you commit. Our electrical costs are not the fault of the Pool Store, but they needed to make us aware that it could get expensive. We LOVE our pool, and are happy we did it, but a few less headaches would've been nice. Make sure you get an estimate on electrical first, permit fees, etc. Our costs with the Pool Store were around $4,500, plus $1,650 for installation, $1,300 for electrical, and $200 for permits, for a total of $8,650. Now that everything is done, it looks beautiful and has been a joy. We are looking forward to many summers in it!
