Description of Work: Built 2nd floor deck with stairs to the ground, made a window into a door and transformed a door into a window ...in very cold weather. The first and ONLY contractors I've ever hired who answered the phone when called and arrived on time or early. Being "nice guys" is an additional bonus.

+ 2 moreChris and Matt do expert-level work. I believe they are both expert carpenters. When things were unknown, they either got my opinion or changed directions based on my input. The fence was builtifully done and Matt helped with picking good materials. The deck is so beautiful and was designed by the guys themselves. They also built a french door through a wall to the deck. Their work is a bit more expensive then other bids that I got, but the quality is definitely worth it. Even the subs who did painting and drywalling were very professional. They have been and will be my go-to general contractors.
Description of Work: I've had the People's Hammer do multiple work for myself and some friends. They have done the following for me: insulated a garage, remodeled a bathroom, built a fence and deck.
