Very well. The two crew members were gentle with my furniture and walls/doors, calm, pleasant, and fortunately strong! They new how to move things, twist them through doorways. No problems at all.

Excellent. Company is very customer focused! They readily handled changes to both the pickup and return of our furniture. They assisted with donating unwanted items to our local thrift store. All furniture was padded and wrapped. Company is very sensitive about following COVID-19 protocols. Absolutely no damage to furniture. Team members were professional and took pride in their work.

Jeremy, Chevy and Ray, showed up on time were pleasant and professional. They handled everything with care, answered all our questions and went out of their way to be helpful. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a move. Additionally the Move Crew rates were more than reasonable. I would say its an exceptionally well run business.

The Move Crew gave us an initial online estimate for the move. We set a date and they immediately sent information to make the move easier. We were given a three hour window for them to arrive and they arrived within minutes of the earliest time. The two movers were kind, friendly and efficient, wrapping each piece of furniture carefully. When we arrive at our new location, that move went smoothly also and they were considerate of our requests. Cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Treydon. They made our move stress-free. Costs were almost exactly as estimated. A great experience. We will use The Move Crew for our final move and hope that Jeremy and Treydon are on that move also.

Can't say enough good things about this company and the way they worked! It seemed impossible at first to find a company to move an extremely large wooden dollhouse without it costing a small fortune. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, were amazingly professional, and also very "user-friendly" as far as customer relations go. Niku is the best! I highly recommend them!

This move went so much better than a prior move with another moving company. The team arrived 10 minutes early and successfully moved everything quickly. Any items with exposed edges and corners were wrapped with blankets and plastic prior to moving it into the truck. Proper tools were brought with to assist in removing legs of furniture when it was difficult to move items through a corridor and down a flight of stairs. So pleased with this company as my last experience left almost every piece of wood furniture I owned dented and scratched.

I would give them an A++! The guys were on time, courteous, wrapped my furniture before moving it and they were fast! They had to pack my items on the truck for 2 stops - one at a storage unit and one at the new house. It went perfectly! The whole thing was done in 2 hours, with no breakage. They were so good, I recommended them to a friend who is moving in 2 weeks. Call them! They did an awesome job!

I knew I'd be up against summertime prime time to find movers, because the stress of buying an apt., and moving wasn't already enough, and I was still waiting for a closing time. Of course I read endless online reviews of numerous movers, and I'd learned that not every company did afternoon moves. The Move Crew didn't have many reviews, but they stood out for their great reviews. They were great, beginning with my initial call where I spoke with Mai, who has a very calm and pleasant voice. There was no high pressure, no hurry, no irritation, have to get onto the next thing vibe. Shortly after finishing our call, she emailed a comprehensive list of everything I'd indicated in our conversation that I had to move, as well as the estimate, policies, and helpful information on how they pack a truck, what goes on first which helps you organize your stuff for them. During the couple of weeks before my move, I received a friendly reminder call each week asking whether I had any concerns. On moving day, the crew of Mike,Tim, and Brian arrived on time, they were efficient, pleasant, and took great care in wrapping the items. I have two pieces that required especially careful handling, one a 60" round mirror attached to an Art Deco vanity, and a 72" tall glass jewelers display case. Everything arrived to the new location in the same condition as it left the previous one. The total bill came in pretty much in the middle of what had been estimated. I don't ever want to move again, but if I had to I would choose this company without reservation. Meanwhile, I will tout them to whoever I know who is considering a future move, and here, to Angie's List readers.

Great - from service related to planning and estimating the move, to having to reschedule our moving date, to moving day service. Trey and Sam were the two guys on our truck. Very efficient and aware of how to carefully protect and place the items which included some unusual things like an 18' wood canoe. These guys really hustled, keeping our move time to a minimum, and were pleasant to work with. We will call The Move Crew again for 'phase 2' of our move later this year.

Every step, from finding The Move Crew online, to the actual move, could not have been better. Their web site is really well done with super helpful information. Filling out the online estimate was flawless and then the response to the online estimate was fast and detailed. All of the emailing back and forth was prompt and the information was clear. We had a complicated move as we were moving two households into one and nothing fell through the cracks. The moving team was amazing. We had six movers and all of them were courteous, respectful, careful, and fast! Nothing was lost or damaged. Their trucks are super clean and the crew took care to wrap all of the appropriate pieces of furniture. I cannot say enough good things about The Move Crew. We had such a good experience.

Moved from MN to TN. The crew was very professional and careful with our possessions. Ethan was awesome.He took great care in making sure everything was protected with moving blankets and shrink wrapping. Her even tightened a loose leg on a small accent table to be sure a wobbly leg didn't break during the move. He paid great attention to the details and was passing this information along as he mentored a new member of the crew. On the unload he was very conscientious about placing items where we wanted them an was just as careful in unloading as he was in loading. He also had a big repertoire of puns he regaled us with as we moved stuff around. A great professional and a good team to work with. Would definitely consider using them again.

Of course, this was a very small job, but something my husband and I could not do ourselves. The two young men who moved the piece of furniture were prompt, pleasant and extremely careful. The piece was padded and shrink wrapped. They also had to carry it up a flight of stairs and there was no extra charge for that. They do have a two hour minimum and they charge portal to portal, but that is entirely typical. If I ever have to move anything again, they will be the first I will call. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Could not have gone better. Really an efficient group and nice young men also. Total cost was less than estimate and they moved us from a first floor condo to a tenth floor apt. What a job!!

They did a terrific job. Communicated well throughout the process. They were very careful with my belongings, the floors and walls, etc. They worked hard and were very courteous. A good value for what I paid. I’d hire again without a doubt.

I've moved multiple times, from cross-country to in-town, and this last move was made delightful by the professionalism of the Move Crew. They were on-time, efficient, and caring. They took the time to walk through all that needed to be moved, they took extra care with fragile items, and they were incredibly efficient. Absolutely zero time wasted. Moving can be stressful, and I have never had a moving company make it so enjoyable and stress-free as the Move Crew did. Their rates are very reasonable, and their follow-up was great.

These guys did a fantastic job. They arrived right on time, packed great, and had me in my new house by 4:30 in the afternoon - right on schedule. Furniture was well padded and shrink wrapped. Nothing broken. I moved into a brand new house and these guys didn't leave a single scuff mark on the walls or floors. Definitely hire these guys next time you move!

Hit a snag with our closing document on move day. Move Crew helped us figure out a plan that allowed us to focus on finding a new closing date. The movers were friendly, professional and got the job done well.

This is probably the 5th or 6th move that your crew has completed for our extended family (brother, sister, father, etc :) We have always been extremely impressed with your approach to moving (particularly the wrapping of every piece to protect it during move and travel). The communication has also been very timely and responsive. We really appreciate the online estimate form - that was particularly helpful this time with a much larger of inventory of items to move. We will continue to use and promote your services among our friends and acquaintances. You're the best hands down! Keep up the good work! p.s. - the attached photo is of one of the largest pieces they've moved - a huge armoire that had to come down a tight staircase.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with The Move Crew. We chose The Move Crew due to the reviews even though they were slightly higher in price then a few other companies we looked into. They did not disappoint. From the estimate to the actual move date everything went wonderful. Very courteous and efficient movers the day of the move. We were only having our furniture moved and I had a FULL standing jewelry chest that I had moved out of the way to move ourselves. One of the movers asked, are you sure you don't want us to take that too? And I said as long as you are careful. He grabbed a screw driver and tightened the legs and wrapped it all up and it was transported as carefully as we would have transported. Actually probably more carefully! We are 150% satisfied with The Move Crew and would recommend them to anyone needing moving services!

Wonderful! These guys are great!! I have 3 separate moving companies in the past 3 years, and these guys were by far the best I have hired so far. They were fast, efficient, and very hard workers. I hired them based off of Yelp and Angie's List reviews, and they did not disappoint. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to friends in the area. I only rated a "B" for responsiveness because the email took a few days to hear a reply with my questions. However, they answer their phones almost immediately. I filled out their questionnaire online, then discussed the details over the phone. It went very well, they were all very professional.

The crew they sent was prompt and did their work efficiently with no damage. The total time to move was less than 3 hours.
