Description of Work: They said a in-house contractor would be used but they subbed it out. Subs were great. They did cancel the first appointment for putting in the windows. Contractor's Grandma died. All other appointments were met and on-time. A screen was missing from the order. The manager was inspecting another job site, found it and brought it over within the same day. Windows passed city inspection, look great and we have no complaints. Ordered a large Anderson wood window for the front room and the vinyl (Home Depot's preferred brand) for two bedrooms. Like both. The vinyl has a bit less glass and aren't as pretty as the wood but the are definitely adequate for the rooms they are in - plus, I'll be curious as to how long they last; expecting a longer life than the wood. The Anderson windows are gorgeous. Went from four panels to three, the two in the middle were combined. Now a massive sheet of glass and it can feel like you are almost outside.
