+ 0 moreIt took a while to get my furniture back, but I did tell Ed that I was in no big hurry. They came back looking new. A little plastic looking at first, but I figured out that was because there were no creases in them anymore. Once they were sat on a few times, they were excellent.

+ -1 moreEverything went very smoothly. I called for an appointment and they asked some pertinent questions and we made an appt for the nest week. Todd and his wife came to my house one time and brought all their equipment and cleaned my 4 piece light colored leather sectional. Todd is very knowledgeable about leather and explained many things to me. It is hard to remember what the sofa looked like 6 years ago new but they got it looking like new again. The color change was amazing. My husband said it wasn't dirty but the comparison made even him change his mind. I learned a lot from Todd and his wife. Thy are very experienced with leather cleaning, repair and dyeing leather. It really does look so much better and almost like new. I would like to add that Todd has experience dating back to the 1980s in leather repair and cleaning, He really is a meticulous expert and I appreciated that.
