Description of Work: My house didn't have a security system and I wanted some protection so I called TCI for a free in-house consultation. Brad gave me a few options and talked about the pros and cons of each of them. I decided to get a basic security system with 2 keypads, a motion sensor and protection for the doors. Brad installed the equipment, including retrofitting the wires so they are hidden in the wall, programmed the equipment and set up the monitoring account. He also gave me a quick rundown on the equipment and will receive reports from the system if there are errors so he can service the equipment right away.

Description of Work: I wanted to upgrade my TV and sound system in my living room, so I called TCI for an in-house consultation. I selected a 42" plasma TV that could be hung like a picture and a surround sound system. Brad installed the new TV with an articulating mount so it can lay flat against the wall or move around depending on how I'm entertaining. He also made sure that the new wires and cables were secured and hidden in the wall so they aren't just hanging out in the open. He also made sure that all of my other equipment (DVD, TiVo, Cable) were connected and operating correctly with the new system. I also purchased a universal integrated system remote that Brad programmed and then gave me a tutorial on.
