I contacted the above company for bid to repair water leaking in my spancrete garage floor. The Salesman (Norrie Stenson) had the hardest time trying to find my house. Once arrived, he provided a good sales pitch. He provided me with a few printed sheets of papers from a home computer which were his brochures. I asked him for a bid/estimate. I gave him the garage measurements on his initial visit and he had told me then it was probably somewhere between 20,000-30,000 dollars. He told me he would email me the official estimate later that day. I also requested references. That day, Friday; Mr. Stenson failed to email an estimate. I called him on Monday and he said he would send it out in the next couple of days. Again, I was not sent an estimate. I called him the following week and Mr. Stenson told me that would send it out to me. Again no estimate. I called Mr. Stenson one week later, he told me he was having a hard time finding references even though he told me he had hundred's in his sales pitch. I told him the references were not important to me at this point wanting to know first what his bid price would be. He told me he would send me a bid out again in a few days. I never heard back from him. It appeared the reference request stopped him in his tracks.
