I called them to estimate the repair cost. Casey was very courteous. However, it would cost me $75 just to send someone out. So, I contracted someone else to repair it.

A few weeks later, Dan and his fellow installer arrived and in a little over 4 hours, drilled for the gas and electrical line, installed the base cabinet and made most of the connections needed. A few days later, a city inspector came out and commented on what a terrific job they had done. Dan came out a few days later and got everything up and running. Very professional group. Recommend them highly.

We were very pleased with the work that Ralph from Summit Woodbury did to install the Two Harbors fireplace. Ralph came on day 1 and opened the wall, extended the gas and connected the line to the main gas service. On day 2 when it was 5 below zero, Ralph installed the fireplace and cut the wall for the outside vent. He did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend Summit if you can get Ralph as your installer.

They carried the model we wanted which is very high end and costly. We liked them a lot and felt they had plenty of knowledge and experience with this. They had a full show room of various models and accessories. We really wanted the high end one so we are going to wait and shop around to try to maybe find a sale somewhere.

TOM, THE SALESMAN, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US DESIGN AND GET THE RIGHT FIREPLACE FOR US. BOB, THE INSTALLER/FRAMER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, ALLWAYS PUNCTUAL, KIND, AND DID QUALITY WORK. MATT, THE SCHEDULER IN THE OFFICE, WAS NOT ALWAYS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THE STONE LAYERS THEY USED WERE VERY CONTENTIOUS AND DID A FABULOUS JOB. WE LOVED THEIR WORK AND COMMITMENT TO QUALITY WORK. OVERALL, A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, DESPITE A FEW BUMPS IN THE ROAD.

EVEN THOUGH I ONLY HAD THE GLASS CLEANED, THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PLEASANT, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT WHEN I MIGHT NEED FUTURE SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

GREAT! THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, RESOLVED MY ISSUES, AND EVEN EXPLAINED THE ISSUES TO ME.

INSTALLERS VERY FRIENDLY AND LISTENED TO HOMEOWNER SUGGESTIONS RATHER THAN JUST PASSING THEM OFF AS NOT WORTHY. VERY CAREFUL WITH THE INSTALL. WE ALSO HAD 3 BIDS, ALL CLOSE, BUT THEIRS CAME IN AT THE BOTTOM.

SOME WIRES WERE LOOSE AND I CALLED. ANOTHER TECH CAME OUT AND QUICKLY FIXED PROBLEM. I DID NOT LIKE IT THAT THE WORKERS THREW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON MY DRIVEWAY.
