Steve assessed each of the problems quickly and thoroughly. He was clear about what was needed to fix the problem and the cost. We bought the hardware items, unless it was a special item like the old bathtub fixtures. Steve was able to do the work within a week or two of when we called him, which worked fine for us. His 30 years of experience shows through with his mild demeanor, customer service and plumbing skills.

Couldn't have been better! Steve arrived on time, tackled the jobs, and worked so quietly I hardly knew he was here. I expected it would take several hours to complete all these repairs. To my surprise Steve finished in only 2 hours! Only glitch was a broken valve on the outdoor water line that couldn't be fixed at the time. He'll return to fix it as soon as I purchase a new kitchen faucet system to be installed at the same time. As far as pricing goes, I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised with the final bill. Will definitely call Steve Pokorny Plumbing with any future plumbing problems.

Wonderful! He was on time, efficient, great price, cleaned up afterwards, and such a nice man. I will call him again right away when I have any plumbing issues. I had delayed as had had a prior bad experience with another plumber but he is awesome!

It went great! Steve was able to come over immediately and replaced the faucet in less than an hour. He is knowledgable, friendly, quiet, and respectful (always took his shoes off). His pricing was reasonable. We will definitely use him again!

Everything went beautifully. Repair and replacement was quick, quiet, and clean. In two hours all the work was done. All the parts were provided and installed, and each area was spotless. Steve is a very kind, soft-spoken individual with a quiet sense of humor. It's always a pleasure to have him in my home.

Steve is very professional, and patiently answered all my questions regarding a leaking toilet. He did not put unnecessary urgency on using his company to replace the leaking toilet. His pricing is competitive and in line with the local market. I would definitely hire him for future jobs.

He was in time, professional, courteous, and did good work. The dishwasher isn't perfectly installed but that may be due to the cabinet......but it's crooked......I would have thought he would have mentioned it.

Most plumbers wouldn't even call me back for this job, or if they did, they'd charge at least $150 just so step foot onto the property and then God knows what after that... Steve gladly provided a helping hand and did a FANTASTIC job in less than 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. He is truly masterful. You can tell he's been doing this stuff forever and enjoys taking the smaller gigs that the bigger companies shun. Steve is the guy you'll definitely want in your back pocket at all times!!

I called to have Steve come look at a leaking valve, and to replace some piping that had corroded and was causing drain backup problems. Steve was prompt and courteous (he's very quiet!), and he was able to quickly fix the leak on the first trip. He needed to order some parts, so he returned on another day and completed the job quickly at a very reasonable price. We'll have him come back when we're ready to do some bathroom remodeling!

Easy to work with, done as quoted. This was a rental and was more than willing to work with tenants on scheduling time for appointment.

Steve arrived right on time and went right to work. He completed the job in less than two hours and charged a very reasonable rate. I have used Steve many years ago on a few projects that are still working great! (After reading an earlier review that was very negative, I realized that the reviewer was talking about a plumbing company that had a similar name but was NOT Steve! The reviewer should have been more aware of who he was talking about!!) I have recommended Steve to both friends and relatives and will call him again when a plumbing need arises.

It went very well. Steve investigated and found the source of a minor, but very persistent water leak that had evaded detection for some time although searched for by others dilegently. Steve installed a very clever repair and in a location that was almost impossible to reach.

I initially contacted Steve via email on Angie's List and he responded the same day. We set up an appointment for the same week and he arrived precisely on time. His initial quote was per half hour but he finished the job in less then a half hour. He also included the faucet at no charge. The plumbing is original to the house (1940) and Steve warned us that this would probably be the last fix that would be possible. I would definitely recommend Steve.

Steve, Quickly responded to my voice mail message. Made an appointment...showed up in time. Steve explained his fees prior to coming to our house. I liked that he took off his shoes up entering the house.

He did an excellent work. The cost includes the materials too. He is just a very nice guy and very competent.
