Description of Work: Steve repainted our upper level bedroom and hallway, as well as painting and refinishing the window-woodwork. There is a large amount of woodwork in our stairway to the upper level. Additionally, Steve fixed our sky-light window.

Description of Work: Steve repaired several windows: He fixed the aluminum casing on two and removed two others (one stormwindow and a sash, which had to have the molding removed in order to extricate it) to be repaired by hardware store. He repaired the aluminum storm/screen door on the porch. He installed a cabinet pull and doorstop in the kitchen, and he switched out a light switch and fan plate in the bathroom. He also repaired the wiring on a bathroom light and installed it, along with the glass shades for both lights. He moved a large overhead light fixture hanging on a chain in the entryway to line up with the stairway. He hung some pictures on the picture rail in the living room, and he hung pictures and a heavy mirror in the entryway. He hung an antique shelf and small cupboard in the kitchen. He tightened doorknobs all over the house, and he filed the plate on the deadbolt lock on the front door, so that the door closes nicely. He modified the pvc pipe underneath the kitchen sink, because the slope is too high, and he will work more on that when he comes again. A couple of months ago, he fixed the bathroom vent that goes out through the attic.

Description of Work: We used Steve Moffatt a month ago for some tile work.

Description of Work: Painted upper level of our house. The job included painting a large amount wood moulding that had originally been coated with a very dark 70's brown stain. Steve also painted several window frames and a skylight.

Description of Work: Installed drawer handles, coat hooks, picture ledge, mirror, replaced valves, waterline, tank gasket in toilets. (On previous jobs for us Steve has done cement work, installed roman shades and built things for us...A true handyman!)
