Description of Work: I took my VW Jetta in for an oil change but learned that it needed a new air filter, the tires rotates and since one of the rims was damaged and had damaged one of the tires, I needed a new tire. Although I hated that it needed all that work, I wasn't surprised. They did it in a timely manner and gave me a ride home while they worked on it, plus came to pick me up, again. Nice people.
