Steve's Decorating Service

I called Steve because I had used him 10 years ago and was so pleased with his work at that time. I knew that if Steve did the work, it would be done right, with quality products and attention to every detail. I was not disappointed. Steve is an "old school" painter who does not take shortcuts or use inferior products. He is willing to discuss the project in detail and follows all instructions. He takes pride in his work. I thought his price was right on. Steve is a little bit on his own time schedule, and if you use him, you need to be somewhat flexible or at least be sure to clearly talk about your time constraints. But that flexibility is totally worth it because in the end you get a high quality job, and for me, that is what it comes down to. I give the highest recommendation to Steve. He also hangs paper and stains, and he is especially skilled at painting with oil based paint. In addition, he is a very nice person. I wish him much success.

He works by himself very beautifully and methodically. We haven't had to have the living room repainted in 20 years. He does the most incredible work. He isn't a big company. He just works methodically and well, and his paint jobs last forever.
