The ECU on my Highlander was wiped out and my keys would no longer work. I had a different company trying to get it reprogrammed, but they couldn't figure it out. I called Stellar Keys & Remotes and within 1.5 hours, they were at my house and it took about 5 minutes to fix the ECU and reprogram my keys. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonably priced too. If you have a similar problem with your car, definitely give Stelar a call.

Description of Work: easter sunday open! hurrah! i was locked out of my tbird . they answered the phone right away... were there within the hour under 100.00 and i was on my way!! difficult to bypass but stuck with it till the car was open. thanks for the good service!

I asked what they charge for a spare key and was told that he would do it for free since he was there, had the time and it fell into their price range any way! I took the offer immediately!!!!! I want to thank them for getting me back on track for my weekend, and the great service!
Description of Work: Dear Angies List, After a long day of classes at the University, I was headed out of town for the weekend, after my last class I realized I had somehow misplaced my keys,. After back tracking and not finding my keys. I decided to go and look in my car for the keys which happened to be sitting in the back seat of the car, and the car was unfortunately "locked." I was able to contact Stellar Keys and Remotes, having seen their van many times on the campus. I explained my situation to the person on the phone, who informed me that he had a guy a couple blocks away and would send him to my location to assist me. I was quoted $55.00 for the lockout, which at the time seemed fair!

+ 1 moreCory called 1st thing in the morning to confirm the appointment. I told him that I had actually found the keys and that I didn't need the service call anymore. He was pleased that I had found the key but had to remind me that, had I actually had a spare key around the house I would not have been in this situation. He offered to come and make the spare key for me at a very reasonable price. He called five minutes before our scheduled appointment time, to let me know he would be outside any moment! Thank You Cory for Great Customer Service! I would definately use Stellar Keys and Remotes again!
Description of Work: When I bought my car it came with one set of keys, and at the time I was fine with the one set. Recently I misplaced my keys, after spending a bit of time searching, I gave up and contacted a local car dealer too find out what it would cost to replace them, and not including the cost to have the car towed to them. I contacted a couple of shops in the neighborhood who highly suggested "Stellar Keys and Remotes" they can come to "me" saving me money (the tow) and time. I was shocked at the difference in price, and that he was able to schedule a same-day-appt!

Stellar Keys & Remotes LLC offers the following services: We can replace your lost key or remote including chip keys, high security keys, flip blade keys and others. We can also provide and program spare keys and remotes. We offer professional lock out services. If your domestic vehicle (GM, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep) has a sticky or stuck ignition we can rebuild it with all new internal parts or replace it completely without the need for a separate key. All services are mobile performed at the customer's vehicle.
We do not deliver fuel or provide jump starts, although we can jump start a car after making a key if necessary. We do not do anything with aftermarket remote start systems.
