This many high ratings and stellar reviews year after year don't just happen by accident -- they must be continually earned over time. This is like a lot businesses and industries -- you're only as good as your last job! Great attention to detail on the front end when Casey came out to do the bid. I think he spent about two hours with us going over everything. Then, just when I thought things couldn't get any better Rob came out to do the installation. Seriously, can you clone this guy??? He went above and beyond, taking care of every little detail, even doing a couple of extra things that he didn't have to. I'll stop now; you get the idea.

Great service on replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Sales rep was courteous and gave what seemed like a good price. In at 8am to install and out at 3pm. Installers were polite and great with questions.

I requested a maintenance visit for my furnace and a/c unit. My technician, Sam, arrived on time, was professional, friendly and polite. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the service we received from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning.

The installer arrived when expected and discussed the scope of work to be performed. He coordinated his work with other trades (gas/venting and electrical). The new HVAC items were installed and the old ones hauled away. I had an issue with the way the new furnace was vented (due to the small size of the utility room in which the furnace is located). Two technicians were sent the following day to "rebate test" the new AC unit and were able to resolve my furnace venting issue as well.

Arrived as scheduled, wore shoe covers and put down rugs. Explained things and did a professional job removing old equipment and installing new units. Put everything back in place and cleaned up after.

Standard has proven to be reliable. Many years ago we had a furnace fail the day before a -20° night! They located a unit, helped with financing and installed the next day. Since then we had used some companies for plumbing that offered annual furnace checkups as part of a service plan. They ended up being just "inspections" and then tried to sell a wide array of parts and service! Went back to Standard, they performed the annual checks with no mention of anything else needed. They were prompt, respectful, and there was good communication leading up to visit. I guess the couple previous services I can add up to experience. Will only be calling on Standard Heating going forward. They earned it.

We had a furnace tune up with Standard Heating. Our furnace and air conditioner are 22 years old that we purchased from Standard Heating. Ty was the service rep. and explained what he was going to do and checked over everything. He also took pictures of some of the issues. We decided to invest in a new furnace and air conditioner. Ty scheduled an appointment with a sales rep to come out and work with us. Ty has great customer service.

I called Standard Heating today to schedule a furnace check up and in less than 1 hour Connor and Connor showed up at my front door. These guys were great! Furnace heat exchanger went out on a Saturday afternoon on the coldest weekend in 2024. By Sunday morning I already had a replacement agreement signed and installation time scheduled to minimize the impact on our home daycare business. Footnote, I had previously gotten several estimates 9 months ago so details were already in place. A federal holiday added additional time until work could begin. Was able to replace a 17 year old furnace, a 23 year old air conditioner and update to a WIFI thermostat. Installers were wonderful keeping us informed and completing necessary updates. After wards they walked us through all the work and answered any questions. The office installation coordinator provided details needed for the city inspection and the utility rebate process. I’ve used this company previously for hearing and air needs. Have relatives that also have used them and they’ve always provided quality service at a great price.
