We had an annual furnace clean/tune-up by Standard Heating & Air, and, as usual, they were on-time, courteous, and did a great job, explaining what they were doing and why. I especially like that they are a local, family-owned business.

Standard heating has been our go to for air conditioning and furnace tune ups and repairs for over 20 years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We always get quality service.

Excellent service today from Alex and Chad of Standard Heating! They arrived promptly and were friendly/comfortable to have in my home. Took care of maintenance issues with our boiler and radiators. So pleased with their service that we signed up for yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company, and these 2 employees in particular.

I purchased a heat pump, furnace and A/C unit in 2009 from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Since that time I have participated in the Smart Club and technicians come out twice a year for routine maintenance. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and thorough. This year was no exception. Ben came out to do the routine maintenance and address problems with the pump. In addition to being able to identify the issue and rectify it, he communicated with me and showed me some proactive things I could do to mitigate problems in the future.

We've used Standard Heating in the past, and each time they inspire confidence, and they're the first call for help every time. They exceed expectations. This time we replaced our furnace and AC both, and it was such a good experience.

I've participated in Standard Heating &Air Conditioning for many years. The come out promptly twice a year to check the AC in the spring Furnace in the fall. Scheduling is easy, they arrive on time, they are courteous and efficient. They always explain their recommendations and pricing and provide options. Ben came out this fall and displayed all of the qualities I've come to expect from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning techs.

The technician, Casey Jo, was very courteous, efficient, and timely. I am part of the smart club membership, which includes the tune-ups, so the company reaches out to me to schedule the maintenance which is helpful.

My latest experience with Standard Heating couldn't have been more positive. Casey Jo was very thorough. She explained what she found in her inspection and provided options. I would give Standard Heating my highest recommendation because I am very well satisfied.

Everything worked out fantastically. The technician, Kalia, arrived as scheduled although I was away for a brief amount of time when she arrived. Kalia worked with the dispatcher to reschedule and promptly performed all services within an hour of the original appointment.

 We chatted a bit about the ventilation system of my home. Her insights and observations of this were well informed, a credit to the training. Kalia’s professionalism is greatly appreciated and I hope she’ll be able to perform furnace maintenance service here again in the future.

Fantastic customer service. I scheduled a repair and tune up and due to an opening, they sent a technician a few hours later. As a first-time home buyer, I was worried about getting pressured into costly changes. But instead, Jered was professional, friendly and very patient, answering all my questions.

Jake from Standard Heating came to do a fall tune-up on my furnace. I couldn't be happier with his work. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He was very personable and friendly. I also joined the Smart Club for future tune-ups for my furnace and air conditioner at a very reasonable cost. I will request Jake for future appointments. The Standard team was easy to work with from start to finish. I was impressed by how quickly they moved--I was without a functioning furnace for a couple chilly days. Also, their sales person did not even try to up-sell me. Instead, he leveled with me that the more expensive option would not be a good fit for my smaller home.

The installations went very well. The salesman made sure I got the furnace and air conditioner that was right for my house. He did not try to oversell me. The installers were punctual, neat and explained everything to me. Norbloom plumbing did the water heater. One of the installers who did the wiring fixed a ceiling light fixture that wasn't working. Even though it was a simple fix, it saved me from having to hire an electrician! They cleaned up everything, went over everything I needed to know about the furnace, AC and water heater. The heating guys even gave me a nice insulated tumbler as a thank you gift. The experience was pleasant and went very smoothly.

Ryan and Grant did a great job on our vents. They were professional, thorough, kind and informative. We will definitely be calling them again!

As a member of the Smart Club, it's convenient to schedule an annual furnace inspection which is included in the cost, and if/when there are repair parts required, they are discounted. The technician called before arriving, showed up at the time promised, assisted with my questions/concerns. The technician (Sam) went over his findings, and answered all my questions. Now, I feel confident to turn on my furnace for the start of the heating season.

We chose Standard Plumbing and Heating on the recommendation of a friend who had a new furnace and water heater installed as well as the great reviews we found online. Standard Plumbing and Heating was so professional and helpful. Cody came to our home to look at our existing units and to help us understand which furnace and water heater would be the best for our home. He was prompt, extremely knowledgable and personable. The installers were kind and courteous and made sure to protect our carpet and walls while carrying and installing the new furnace and water heater. The communication, customer service, and installation were first rate; and we will be recommending Standard Heating and Cooling to our friends and family. Great experience. Standard Heating got me on their schedule within a week of my call. Brian came out, was friendly and did a great job with the annual maintenance on our furnace and AC. They installed our equipment about 5 years ago and I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance needs.
