"Standard Heating" (or STD) was perfect as usual. They were on-time, made a full assessment of what adjustments to the project were needed, and gave a remarkably accurate estimate of the time needed to complete the project. My service technician was Thomas, and based on his performance, warrants an enthusiastic endorsement from me. STD left no waste or materials behind upon completion, and that pretty much says it all . . . .

Standard Heating did a wonderful job on our fall furnace inspection and tune-up. Prompt, well informed and professional. Their feedback at the end of the inspection was comprehensive and understandable.

The young men that did our maintenance were on time, very courteous and explained exactly what they were doing.

The team arrived on time, the work was completed exactly within the time window that was quoted, and extra time was taken at the end to make sure we understood all the features of the new furnace and the new programmable thermostat. Clean up was immaculate. I would give the highest recommendation to Standard Heating.

Of course our furnace died during our first cold spell. Standard Heating came out right away to try to fix it, unfortunately after 18 years, it was time for a new furnace. Next morning the sales rep came out explained everything and schedule the appointment for the next day for the team to come out and install the new furnace. Very professional, on time, Standard Heating is a well run machine. We will be seeing them again in the spring, sadly our air conditioner is next to fail due to old age.

Five service people all worked together well. People were skillful, friendly, respectful. Answered all our questions. Total time was 7 hours. It was a cold day and we were offered space heaters.

We had an annual furnace clean/tune-up by Standard Heating & Air, and, as usual, they were on-time, courteous, and did a great job, explaining what they were doing and why. I especially like that they are a local, family-owned business.

Excellent service today from Alex and Chad of Standard Heating! They arrived promptly and were friendly/comfortable to have in my home. Took care of maintenance issues with our boiler and radiators. So pleased with their service that we signed up for yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company, and these 2 employees in particular.

I purchased a heat pump, furnace and A/C unit in 2009 from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Since that time I have participated in the Smart Club and technicians come out twice a year for routine maintenance. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and thorough. This year was no exception. Ben came out to do the routine maintenance and address problems with the pump. In addition to being able to identify the issue and rectify it, he communicated with me and showed me some proactive things I could do to mitigate problems in the future.

We've used Standard Heating in the past, and each time they inspire confidence, and they're the first call for help every time. They exceed expectations. This time we replaced our furnace and AC both, and it was such a good experience.

I've participated in Standard Heating &Air Conditioning for many years. The come out promptly twice a year to check the AC in the spring Furnace in the fall. Scheduling is easy, they arrive on time, they are courteous and efficient. They always explain their recommendations and pricing and provide options. Ben came out this fall and displayed all of the qualities I've come to expect from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning techs.

The technician, Casey Jo, was very courteous, efficient, and timely. I am part of the smart club membership, which includes the tune-ups, so the company reaches out to me to schedule the maintenance which is helpful.

My latest experience with Standard Heating couldn't have been more positive. Casey Jo was very thorough. She explained what she found in her inspection and provided options. I would give Standard Heating my highest recommendation because I am very well satisfied.

Everything worked out fantastically. The technician, Kalia, arrived as scheduled although I was away for a brief amount of time when she arrived. Kalia worked with the dispatcher to reschedule and promptly performed all services within an hour of the original appointment.

 We chatted a bit about the ventilation system of my home. Her insights and observations of this were well informed, a credit to the training. Kalia’s professionalism is greatly appreciated and I hope she’ll be able to perform furnace maintenance service here again in the future.

We have participated in the Smart Club for a number of years and have always experienced excellent service. Ben, our tech, noted that our furnace was near the end of its life expectancy and pointed out what I should look out for before it dies completely. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service. I scheduled a repair and tune up and due to an opening, they sent a technician a few hours later. As a first-time home buyer, I was worried about getting pressured into costly changes. But instead, Jered was professional, friendly and very patient, answering all my questions.

Jake from Standard Heating came to do a fall tune-up on my furnace. I couldn't be happier with his work. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He was very personable and friendly. I also joined the Smart Club for future tune-ups for my furnace and air conditioner at a very reasonable cost. I will request Jake for future appointments.
