Installation required three technicians, each arrived on time to complete their jobs in a timely manner. Rob, the lead person, explained the process before beginning and showed me what was done afterwards including how to maintain good operating order.

Standard did a great job replacing my furnace in January 2023. The coldest week of the year, and my 15 year old furnace gives up the ghost! Standard came onsite right away and inspected my furnace, which unfortunately needed an expensive repair to correct a dangerous carbon monoxide issue. They gave me all of my options clearly and quickly, and stood by to fix or replace my furnace as soon as possible. I chose to replace my old furnace and their team was onsite in less than 48 hours with the new hardware and a full crew. Everything was done professionally and courteously, and we had heat in the house before noon on installation day. Every step went according to plan, they finished early and everything worked perfectly. You really need a company you can depend on when your heat goes out in January. Standard didn't let me down!

I previously used a different company and had nothing but issues and anxiety when they would service my hvac. Standard Heating has been amazing, specifically Kalia Q. Kalia came out for my AC last year and was the same technician that just serviced my furnace. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was so happy to have her back in my house and actually look forward to the next service appointment.

We have moved and are selling our house. A week ago I met the realtor at the house and noticed that it was chilly inside. The temperature was 46 F and the heat would not start. I called Standard and a technician was there within an hour. The inducer motor had failed and the replacement part for our 18-year-old furnace had been unavailable since October, so the only option was to replace the furnace. A salesman was there within 2 hours and I had a proposal within 1 hour. Installation was scheduled for 2 days later. Standard Heating has always provided excellent, timely service, but this episode was better than I could have hoped for.

We signed up for seasonal inspection and tune ups a couple of years ago. This year, it's really paying off, as our aging furnace and A/C have issues that, if left unaddressed, would have likely led to catastrophic failures. The service is top notch, the technicians are friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything they find, what the options are, and what you should be aware of in the future. When the time comes to replace either A/C or furnace, Standard Heating and A/C will definitely be at the top of the list to give us an estimate.

The installers did an excellent job; they were on time, thorough, and very tidy. The installers answered my questions, demonstrated the new thermostat, and were very courteous.

I was so surprised how efficient this crew was in the timeliness of all parties that had a job with removing my asbestos furnace to putting in the new furnace and hot water heater in. Instructions on how to use everything to furnace and new electronic thermostat. If you don’t choice this company you will never be able to experience their excellent customer service.

I have the annual service plan and just scheduled the furnace check that's included. I'd give the tech five stars. He showed up right in the middle of the time window provided, called ahead to let me know he was coming, and was super nice and informative. He cleaned the furnace, replaced the air filter, and also helped me figure out that a specific duct was closed and that was what was keeping a couple of vents from blowing a sufficient amount of heat to keep the rooms warm. He spent a good deal of time helping with that. I just started using Standard Heating this year (moved to a new home) and so far I'm really happy.

Jack was excellent, patient and explained how my furnace had two intake vents, which I did not realize.

They have always been professional and do a great job on maintenance. They are very receptive to answering questions. About a year ago, we also had them put in the Evolution furnace which is fantastic. Everything can be done through an app on my phone as well.

We've used Standard H&AC, Inc since 1999 and they are one of the few companies we've consistently had excellent service from. We chose to have them do our vent cleaning last year. Ryan and Joe were wonderful. Courteous, clean, informative and helpful to us and each other. We know we paid more for the cleaning by using Standard, but we also felt confident in the technology and the customer service we would receive.

We couldn't be more pleased with the recent install of our new air conditioner. All members of the organization were efficient, professional, and thorough. Even though our install was in winter, the installers left no trace by using carpets to cover the areas in our home where they would be working. The installer kept us informed at every step of the process. We are so happy that we don't have to wait for the old unit to stop working. We are ready for summer!

Kalia arrived on time and was thorough in her assessment of our furnace, April Air humidifier and water heater. She explained everything very clearly in language we could understand. Our system is 28 years old and Kalia explained why springtime would be a good time to replace our system and that we should be proactive and that waiting til it breaks down on us is not a good idea. We appreciate the time Kalia spent explaining the situation and issues. She was professional and courteous and wore a mask (as did we), all of which we greatly appreciate. Thanks Kalia.
