Residential gas/forced air furnace, central air conditioners, & hot water boilers (repair, replace, and maintenance). We also install ductless (mini-split) systems, garage heaters, and fan coils. Other services include: duct cleaning, humidifiers, air exchangers, UV Light air purifiers, and whole-home air cleaners. NOTE: *Generally sales estimates are free on new equipment. **Other services outside of new equipment may have a fee, please inquire for more details.

HE REVIEWED OUR CURRENT SITUATION, EXPLAINED HOW OUR AIR DUCTS WERE CONFIGURED, AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE MAKE SOME SIMPLE CHANGES TO MAINTAIN OUR EXISTING AIR CONDITIONER. GIVEN A SLAM-DUNK OPPORTUNITY TO SELL US A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US LEARN HOW TO BETTER UTILIZE THE UNIT WE ALREADY OWN. THAT IS A RARE FIND! GIVEN THIS EXPERIENCE, I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

Description of Work: WORKMEN INSTALLED A NEW APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER TO MY FURNACE. THE FIRST GUY HAD SOME TROUBLE, PERHAPS INSTALLING AN INCORRECT SOLENOID (AS I UNDERSTOOD FROM THE SECOND GUY, WHO ARRIVED LATER TO HELP OUT), SO IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. HOWEVER, BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM AS A TEAM BASED ON THEIR WORK. THE SECOND GUY NOTED THAT MY FURNACE MODEL AND APPROXIMATE AGE HAS HAD A HISTORY OF CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGERS, AND I GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO INSPECT. SURE ENOUGH, HE DETECTED A CRACK. (IT WAS RUSTED, SO I KNEW HE DIDN'T MAKE IT HIMSELF!) I HAVE SINCE HAD THE HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACED.
