Services we offer

Residential gas/forced air furnace, central air conditioners, & hot water boilers (repair, replace, and maintenance). We also install ductless (mini-split) systems, garage heaters, and fan coils. Other services include: duct cleaning, humidifiers, air exchangers, UV Light air purifiers, and whole-home air cleaners. NOTE: *Generally sales estimates are free on new equipment. **Other services outside of new equipment may have a fee, please inquire for more details.

Description of Work: Needed new furnace since the old heat exchanger rusted. John Ruddy came out the day after I called, good competitive bid (I got other bids). Very pleasant man. Work was done in time that was estimated and new furnace works perfectly. Nice cleanup afterwords.

Description of Work: Standard came out to do a check on my air conditioner when it was leaking in the ductwork. Unfortunately the entire system was shot at 20 years old. They were able to get it running for me for awhile while I decided what to do. The estimate for a needed reworking of the duct work and new compressor etc., came to around 7000 dollars. I chose not too spend this much as I use the air conditioner so little during the summer. I would highly recommend this company as they were informative, helpful and spent a great deal of time looking for a solution for me. Mike Mccombs was especially helpful. I felt I was getting honest information all the time.
