Services we offer

Residential gas/forced air furnace, central air conditioners, & hot water boilers (repair, replace, and maintenance). We also install ductless (mini-split) systems, garage heaters, and fan coils. Other services include: duct cleaning, humidifiers, air exchangers, UV Light air purifiers, and whole-home air cleaners. NOTE: *Generally sales estimates are free on new equipment. **Other services outside of new equipment may have a fee, please inquire for more details.

Description of Work: I purchased a prepaid "big deal" through Angie's List for an A/C or furnace tune up. I went with an A/C tune up and was scheduled the next day. After inspecting my furnace and central air conditioning, the technician let me know that due to the condition that both were in, a tune up wouldn't be possible. I received a quote for $2,800 to repair both, but to the age of the units, replacement was recommended. A few days later, Standard Heating & Air Conditioning came back out to give me a bid but after inspecting the units I never received a bid as promised. After waiting ten days with no word from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, I had another service provider come out and replace the furnace and central air conditioning units. I now have no need for the A/C or furnace tune up.

The sales representative confirmed the customer wanted him to talk to her husband who works nights. The customer said that she would have her husband call the sales representative because her husband had additional questions about the options. The sales representative asked if he could call her husband and she said no because he cannot accept calls at work.

Excellent service.
Description of Work: Performed fall heating tune-up. Based on my past experience with Standard Heating & Air, I actually signed up for their service contract paid monthly that includes 2 heating tune-ups and 1 A/C tuneup. The technicians have always acted professionally and always end their service call with a reminder to call if anything ever goes wrong.
