I called Standard Heating today to schedule a furnace check up and in less than 1 hour Connor and Connor showed up at my front door. These guys were great! Checked everything out and gave everything a clean bill of health. Amazing staff from the phone call to the techs showing up. Amazingly clean and friendly! Thank you Standard!

Furnace heat exchanger went out on a Saturday afternoon on the coldest weekend in 2024. By Sunday morning I already had a replacement agreement signed and installation time scheduled to minimize the impact on our home daycare business. Footnote, I had previously gotten several estimates 9 months ago so details were already in place. A federal holiday added additional time until work could begin. Was able to replace a 17 year old furnace, a 23 year old air conditioner and update to a WIFI thermostat. Installers were wonderful keeping us informed and completing necessary updates. After wards they walked us through all the work and answered any questions. The office installation coordinator provided details needed for the city inspection and the utility rebate process. I’ve used this company previously for hearing and air needs. Have relatives that also have used them and they’ve always provided quality service at a great price.

Standard was professional and helpful at all stages. Highly recommend their service contract and also for any potential problems. Chad was a delight and bonus that my dogs warmed up to him immediately. Rare.

We changed out the old furnace for a high efficiency and they did a great job on the PVC piping to the outside of our home. Then great job fitting in the new furnace with new air filter. Jude and Alan were the installers - a day-long job. They were so courteous, professional and were always willing to thoroughly answer any of our questions. They also have a great sense of humor, making the process fun as we periodically "checked' to see how things were going. We definitely highly recommend this company!

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning installed my furnace, central air, and hot water heater previously. I signed up for their Smart Club maintenance to have the units inspected and maintained. Earlier this year I had a no cooling issue. I was able to promptly schedule service. The issue, faulty electronic part, was repaired under warranty at no charge. Today I had my annual maintenance done. I was able to supply the air filter and humidifier pad to be used, to save on parts cost, but they will supply if I didn't already have them on hand. Both units were inspected and the humidifier pad replaced, air filter was replaced two months ago as troubleshooting for no cool issue. I was presented with the findings of the maintenance and inspection and all questions I had were answered. All costs were covered under my Smart Club membership.

I couldn’t be happier with the ongoing service we’ve received from Standard Heating since we moved to Minnesota in 2016 through their Smart Club program. We take advantage of the proactive A/c tune ups, furnace tune ups and last year had a new A/C installed. The technicians are always on time, respectful, efficient and do great work. Highly recommend!

They were great to work with. Worked with us via both phone and email to get us scheduled, which was very convenient. They were able to get us in right away, and Alex who did the work was great. If anything goes wrong with our furnace or A/C in the future, I’ll definitely call them. They also did the work for less than other estimates we received.

We had Standard install our furnace and air conditioning and have them come out and service our equipment annually. They are absolutely wonderful at what they do - always polite, efficient and on time, as well as a great value for their services. We would recommend them without reservations to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

Our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Standard had a rep out within 24 hours for an estimate and had it installed two days later. The technician Jude was fantastic - kept me informed and made sure I understand what he did and how everything worked.

Matt, the technician was very friendly and conscientious. He didn’t mind me watching. He also showed me a technique for removing cottonwood seeds from the condenser unit.

Our AC decided to die over the 4th of July weekend. Everyone I spoke and worked with was professional, friendly, efficient, and are subject matter experts. The salesperson, Casey, was very detailed is assessing my situation, explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand, and made the process seamless. On the day of the installation, Jude, called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. He began by putting down matting and pads from the doorway to the furnace room so he did not track things in during his many trips out to the truck at day. He worked diligently for 10 plus hours and then took the time to go over everything and answer my questions. From beginning to end, they were wonderful! Nobody wants to spend money on a big ticket item like an AC/furnace, but when it’s time they make the experience quick and easy!

They did my annual Air Conditioner maintenance. The technician was on-time, courteous, and efficient as they always are. I’m very happy with their service and I would recommend them.
