Everyone from Standard Heating involved in the process of diagnosing furnace issue and ultimately installing a new furnace was outstanding with regard to courtesy, knowledge, and timeliness.

We replaced our 25 year old furnace. Standard Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job! Alan and his crew treated our home like it was there home. They were very thorough and paid attention to details on the installation of the new furnace. We changed out the old furnace for a high efficiency and they did a great job on the PVC piping to the outside of our home. Then great job fitting in the new furnace with new air filter. Amanda did a great job working with us on the front end. We highly recommend their company!

Jude and Alan were the installers - a day-long job. They were so courteous, professional and were always willing to thoroughly answer any of our questions. They also have a great sense of humor, making the process fun as we periodically "checked' to see how things were going. We definitely highly recommend this company!

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning installed my furnace, central air, and hot water heater previously. I signed up for their Smart Club maintenance to have the units inspected and maintained. Earlier this year I had a no cooling issue. I was able to promptly schedule service. The issue, faulty electronic part, was repaired under warranty at no charge. Today I had my annual maintenance done. I was able to supply the air filter and humidifier pad to be used, to save on parts cost, but they will supply if I didn't already have them on hand. Both units were inspected and the humidifier pad replaced, air filter was replaced two months ago as troubleshooting for no cool issue. I was presented with the findings of the maintenance and inspection and all questions I had were answered. All costs were covered under my Smart Club membership.

I couldn’t be happier with the ongoing service we’ve received from Standard Heating since we moved to Minnesota in 2016 through their Smart Club program. We take advantage of the proactive A/c tune ups, furnace tune ups and last year had a new A/C installed. The technicians are always on time, respectful, efficient and do great work. Highly recommend!

They were great to work with. Worked with us via both phone and email to get us scheduled, which was very convenient. They were able to get us in right away, and Alex who did the work was great. If anything goes wrong with our furnace or A/C in the future, I’ll definitely call them. They also did the work for less than other estimates we received.

We had Standard install our furnace and air conditioning and have them come out and service our equipment annually. They are absolutely wonderful at what they do - always polite, efficient and on time, as well as a great value for their services. We would recommend them without reservations to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

Our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Standard had a rep out within 24 hours for an estimate and had it installed two days later. The technician Jude was fantastic - kept me informed and made sure I understand what he did and how everything worked.

Matt, the technician was very friendly and conscientious. He didn’t mind me watching. He also showed me a technique for removing cottonwood seeds from the condenser unit.

Our AC decided to die over the 4th of July weekend. Everyone I spoke and worked with was professional, friendly, efficient, and are subject matter experts. The salesperson, Casey, was very detailed is assessing my situation, explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand, and made the process seamless. On the day of the installation, Jude, called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. He began by putting down matting and pads from the doorway to the furnace room so he did not track things in during his many trips out to the truck at day. He worked diligently for 10 plus hours and then took the time to go over everything and answer my questions. From beginning to end, they were wonderful! Nobody wants to spend money on a big ticket item like an AC/furnace, but when it’s time they make the experience quick and easy!

They did my annual Air Conditioner maintenance. The technician was on-time, courteous, and efficient as they always are. I’m very happy with their service and I would recommend them.

Installation required three technicians, each arrived on time to complete their jobs in a timely manner. Rob, the lead person, explained the process before beginning and showed me what was done afterwards including how to maintain good operating order.

We have been working with Standard Heating for over 20 years. They have always done a professional job and very honest to the questions that we had. Our furnace is over 20 years and they have maintained it for that long.

Standard did a great job replacing my furnace in January 2023. The coldest week of the year, and my 15 year old furnace gives up the ghost! Standard came onsite right away and inspected my furnace, which unfortunately needed an expensive repair to correct a dangerous carbon monoxide issue. They gave me all of my options clearly and quickly, and stood by to fix or replace my furnace as soon as possible. I chose to replace my old furnace and their team was onsite in less than 48 hours with the new hardware and a full crew. Everything was done professionally and courteously, and we had heat in the house before noon on installation day. Every step went according to plan, they finished early and everything worked perfectly. You really need a company you can depend on when your heat goes out in January. Standard didn't let me down!

I previously used a different company and had nothing but issues and anxiety when they would service my hvac. Standard Heating has been amazing, specifically Kalia Q. Kalia came out for my AC last year and was the same technician that just serviced my furnace. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was so happy to have her back in my house and actually look forward to the next service appointment.
