My husband was shown some photos of before and after, and it was amazing to see all the dust before and then all cleaned out. So glad we finally had this done, and we will have Standard Heating do it again when needed. We thought the cost was fair and well worth it!

He arrived on the early side of the 4 hour window, completed the work in a timely manner, and offered related services at a discounted price. He spotted some oil under the housing area under the capacitor and noted that it was probably from a previous repair. The capacitor checked OK. He checked the CO2 level for the furnace and my water heater. Everything checked out.

We pay monthly to get tune ups twice a year with Standard Heating and air. The technicians that come are always extremely helpful, kind and professional. They are honest and knowledgeable. We had to replace a unit that was 30 years old and they helped us understand all the options. There was an issue with the exhaust freezing after installation and they immediately fixed the issue at no cost. I highly recommend Standard Heating and Air to anyone looking for a fair and honest company.

There was some strange metal tape adhesive inside some of the vents and he went above and beyond to make sure it was cleaned out. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it has been working with Jon and everyone at Standard.

The person doing the work noticed something else that could be an issue with the furnace (he was aware that my dad was in a senior complex where they have people contracted out for maintenance). So I was able to contact the complex right away - someone came out and even talked to the person from Standard so that they could understand what the issue might be

+ -1 moreThis is the third large project we have had done by Standard. The first was a broken boiler in the winter. The technician showed up the next day and installed a new part within an hour. We called them back to install a ductless AC system in some parts of our old house. And they just updated our central AC system which was 25 years old. The service is excellent and all technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased.
