Employee 1 was training employee 2. He explained what he was doing and why. Why is important for the trainee and helps me understand what I can do to help the longevity of the furnace. The maintenance tech arrived in the window we had scheduled. They were professional, took Covid precautions, and wore plastic boots over shoes. They were very thorough and friendly. We especially like the tune up reminders that Stankey sends out. The reminder is one less thing for us to remember. We bought our furnace from Stanley too and that too was a great experience.

Chee professional and knowledgeable. He phoned prior to arrival to let me know when he would be here. He explained what he tasks he was performing and the results of those. He was meticulous about keeping the work area clean. He explained the options with regard to repairs that are needed and the financial options of those.

Phone lines were busy when I first called, so I filled out the online form on their website to have them contact me and that worked great - they called later that same day. I was able to get scheduled for the next day and use a discount coupon I had seen on their website. The worker arrived within his time frame and was super friendly and helped educate me on what regular maintenance I could do on my own. I was happy enough with their service to sign up for a yearly package for furnace and AC tune ups! Definitely recommend!

This was a major all-day job. The workers arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They put down protection on my wood floor, so it wouldn't be scratched. Furnace and water heater are functioning perfectly. (It's too cold to run the air conditioner right now). Their work was very neat, and they cleaned up before they left.

Our furnace died on Christmas eve 2020. Standard Heating & Air Conditioning took the time to explain the ins and outs of replacement options and made an excellent recommendation for replacement. I ended up selecting a high efficiency model, which required them to create a new vent to the outside. They did an outstanding job with installation--their installers we on time and professional. They took time to explain the workings of the unit to me after installation. They also made sure I got all of the rebates I was entitled to. I would absolutely work with them again.

I've been using Standard Heating for years as I've been pleased with their work and their quick response when I've had issues. As per usual, tech arrived within appointment hours. Called ahead, wore shoe covering and face mask. Answered my questions and was very pleasant.

Excellent. Very thorough! Every step was explained and documented. The technician was personable and very professional. I feel no anxiety going into winter. I am on their service plan for my home and the duplex rental next door so should an issue come up, I know just who to call and am assured I will be at the top of the list for service.

It went really well! The technician recommended replacing the humidifier on my furnace in addition to alerting me about an igniter that was operating abnormally hot. He checked to see if the part was under warranty (it was previously replaced by Standard Heating), and although it was just outside of warranty they replaced the part at no cost! Great customer service and thorough explanation of everything.

Eric did a fantastic job! We moved into a new house and were concerned about the condition of the furnace with the upcoming winter. He did a tuneup, put in a new thermostat and we discussed future visits and the probability of replacing the furnace. We are subscribers to their prepaid maintenance program. As usual their technicians did an excellent and thorough job of checking out our heating system and performing any maintenance that they saw was necessary.

Ryan arrived on time and was very professional and personable! We bought a new home that was frankly very grimy, and everything will need a good scrubbing. Hence we called in the pros. Ryan explained the cleaning process and got right down to business. He did such a wonderful job! He showed me the before and after pics of the vents. Wow! What a difference. Jon (Tech) , was very informative and professional at explaining the procedure of cleaning the air ducts. His knowledge and enthusiasm was above and beyond. We appreciated all the explanations of procedures that he encountered. After viewing the pictures we were more than impressed with the task he had completed. It was very pleasant. The technicians called to let us know 20 minutes before arrival. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We were informed in advance, the cost of the service, as well and additional savings for combining A/C and furnace checkup this coming fall. No pressure, no upsell spiel, just factual info. No problems found, so no additional charges. Cody and Mitchell gave us good information about what to look for as signs of potential future problems, life expectancy of your heating and cooling system, etc. and were in and out in under an hour. Totally good experience.

This was a routing service call for a yearly inspection and tune-up of my furnace and air conditioner. The service technician was prompt and professional. Besides doing the work he was very helpful in discussing my furnace and AC maintenance. I always enjoy learning more about my new furnace and how to keep it working well.

I am enrolled in their annual program to tune up the a/c and furnace every year. I called and made an appointment. I got a call a few days ahead of the appointment, the technician arrived on time, did the tune up and gave me some tips on maintaining in between tune ups.

Cody and Mitchell were very professional and didn't try to upsell me anything. They told me the system was fine and nothing needed to be done.
