Casey arrived on time and took care of everything pleasantly in a timely fashion! I have used Standard since 1996 and have never been disappointed.

Techs were on time, called ahead when on their way, pleasant, explained what needed to be done and why. The part was replaced under warranty so only paid the labor with 10% discount for being on their annual plan. $192 includes AC check in spring and furnace in fall. I can trust Standard to only recommend what is actually needed and their expertise is top-notch.

I always get great service from Standard. They installed my furnace and ac years ago and maintain it. Brian E came out to do ac check and tune up. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what i might need for future maintenance. Very professional

Duct cleaning went great, Jon was very punctual and professional. He clearly wanted to do the best job he could do. Attention to detail was a key to the quality of the job. He communicated to us during the day telling us what and why he was doing something. We learned a lot from Jon as he went about the job. Received a call as indicated prior to arriving to our home for service. Professional and courteous. Provided detail explanation of services that were done and any additional work that may be needed.

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning came out for our annual A/C tune-up. They called ahead of their arrival and were within their scheduled time. Deacon is always super polite and friendly. He ran the necessary tests, changed the air filter, and cleaned the outside unit even with it being somewhat difficult to get to with the current shrubs. I would recommend them for any future work!

Hugo was fabulous! He helped me set up my digital access to the thermostat (so now I can finally win the thermostat wars in our household!!). He was patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order and my remote access was set up and fully functional. Thanks, Hugo!!

We had our ducts and vents cleaned and though it took much of the day, we were very satisfied with the work. Before and after photos and videos showed how much dust and debris was removed. The two technicians were prompt, friendly, informative and efficient. When I pointed out toward the end of the work that one of the vents was undone and the tech responded that it was a dead vent, we, together, found that this was not the case. Realizing that, he climbed through an opening into a crawl space (fighting through numerous spider webs) and flipped the lever on the vent opening a vent that had been closed since its installation 20 years ago! It was beyond the call of duty and much appreciated. My wife and I were very happy with the work.

Our AC went out on Thursday June 30th, 22 before the long holiday weekend. I took the outdoor unit apart and realized the condenser fan had to be replaced. We called Standard and told them what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We also told them the brand (Rheem) and the age (20+). They said, "Sure. We'll come out tomorrow". They did. Kudos for that. Guess what? They aren't Rheem dealers so they didn't have the parts and would have to be ordered after the weekend. But, they didn't tell us that. Had they, we could have called someone who'd fix it before the weekend (remember...85-90+ degrees). They still took our $99 and diagnosed, "Yup. The condenser fan need to be replaced. We can get you an estimate after the holiday." I went and saw the manager at the company and he said that they knew that I thought it should be fixed when they came out but said that most people are wrong in their diagnosis of the problem. I wasn't. What makes me angry is that my diagnosis was accurate, they didn't tell us on the phone that they wouldn't be able to fix it even if I was correct and they knew that at the time of the call (I think that's unethical) and they still wanted our money to come out and tell us that our assessment was accurate and that they couldn't fix it until the parts got ordered. Do you folks think that that's right and ethical? I'm all ears.

Inspection went a smoothly as possible. Technician identified potential issue and arranged for a follow up visit.

Standard heating has been a part of our homes heats and cooling for 20 years. They have always provided excellent customer service. Chee and Sam were here today. They did a very thorough job of looking over everything. Very pleasant and professional. Again I thank them as well as the company for excellent service.

Ryan, the most delightful service person imaginable, came to our house during the morning time window and spent the entire day making sure that our 1938 home was appropriately cleaned. He took some before- and after- photographs of the inside of the ducts, illustrating why such a cleaning was overdue and how thorough it was. We have long been customers of Standard Heating and Airconditioning, but never realized that they also had this capacity to clean air ducts. We recommend them wholeheartedly for this work and will certainly call them again when we need to repeat the cleaning.
