The Standard team was easy to work with from start to finish. I was impressed by how quickly they moved--I was without a functioning furnace for a couple chilly days. Also, their sales person did not even try to up-sell me. Instead, he leveled with me that the more expensive option would not be a good fit for my smaller home.

The installations went very well. The salesman made sure I got the furnace and air conditioner that was right for my house. He did not try to oversell me. The installers were punctual, neat and explained everything to me. Norbloom plumbing did the water heater. One of the installers who did the wiring fixed a ceiling light fixture that wasn't working. Even though it was a simple fix, it saved me from having to hire an electrician! They cleaned up everything, went over everything I needed to know about the furnace, AC and water heater. The heating guys even gave me a nice insulated tumbler as a thank you gift. The experience was pleasant and went very smoothly.

Ryan and Grant did a great job on our vents. They were professional, thorough, kind and informative. We will definitely be calling them again!

As a member of the Smart Club, it's convenient to schedule an annual furnace inspection which is included in the cost, and if/when there are repair parts required, they are discounted. The technician called before arriving, showed up at the time promised, assisted with my questions/concerns. The technician (Sam) went over his findings, and answered all my questions. Now, I feel confident to turn on my furnace for the start of the heating season.

We chose Standard Plumbing and Heating on the recommendation of a friend who had a new furnace and water heater installed as well as the great reviews we found online. Standard Plumbing and Heating was so professional and helpful. Cody came to our home to look at our existing units and to help us understand which furnace and water heater would be the best for our home. He was prompt, extremely knowledgable and personable. The installers were kind and courteous and made sure to protect our carpet and walls while carrying and installing the new furnace and water heater. The communication, customer service, and installation were first rate; and we will be recommending Standard Heating and Cooling to our friends and family. We also appreciate that it is a local, family-owned business with long history and substantial ties to our community.

Great experience. Standard Heating got me on their schedule within a week of my call. Brian came out, was friendly and did a great job with the annual maintenance on our furnace and AC. They installed our equipment about 5 years ago and I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance needs.

The service went well. The service tech offered to allow me to watch and taught me about what he was looking for, what looked good, and what looked bad. He gave recommendations when asked, and also gave us info for how to join the standard heating and cooling gold club. Would definitely hire again.

It went great. I have Brian E come to my house for all situations, and he is friendly, fast, efficient and explains anything I do not get.

I made an appointment to have check-ups of both my heating and A/C. Standard installed the system eight years ago and I was generally happy with that so I didn't consider having anyone else do the check-up. Everything was working fine and I haven't been doing annual check-ups, partly because I felt it may be better to not fix what's not broke. But I decided it was time to do another check-up, and I'm glad I did. The technician, Connor, was very professional and personable and didn't seem to mind my watching. Everything checked out fine for both heating and A/C, and I learned some things about the system in the process. He found the capacitor on the outside A/C unit tested low, but it was still under warranty so he replaced it for free, a nice surprise. Another surprise came when it was time to settle-up. I expected to pay $107 for the furnace check-up (with a $41 discount I got in the mail) and $148 for the A/C check-up. But he said I could get their Gold Smart Club membership for one year for $191.40. It was available without an automatic renewal and included today's service, so effectively it amounted to a further discount from what I expected to pay. I've liked knowing Standard has my back and knowing exactly who I'll call if a problem arises, and this gives me further confirmation of that.

Great! We met with Denise about replacing our furnace and AC. She was fantastic and laid out all of the different options. Worked with us to save us as much money as possible. Service staff on the day of were prompt, quick, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend again.

Totally happy with this from start to finish. Getting and appointment was an easy process, the staff we interacted with were friendly the tech was on time and very friendly, efficient, and helpful. There were helpful and honest recommendations, and no pressure to buy or upgrade anything. Will keep using Standard in the future!

I am not the homeowner, I rent a duplex. At first I postponed the appointment due to my schedule. When I saw that Ben was at my landlord's home I asked if he could look over my air conditioner. He checked with the dispatcher and added my appointment on the spot. He was careful, efficient, friendly and certainly seemed to like his work. Jeff, Matt and Chris completed the work. Before starting the installation they listen carefully to all questions that I had and answered with professional knowledge. Upon completion they explained the operation of the unit, and again I felt very comfortable with the work they had completed. They also followed all Covid protocol. Thanks Guys !

Our technician, Chee was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. He suggested that I watch him work in case I had any questions. He had an answer right away when I did ask him a question. I have used Standard Heating for many years and their Smart Club plan is an excellent value.

It went very well they called to let me know they could come early which was awesome and it took them about 15 minutes to fix the problem and it was under warranty so there was no charge to me so that was great they were very polite and very nice guys. I would definitely use them again.

We have 2 older furnace/air units that are need of replacement. The technician Casey was very informative, knowledgable, and in no way pressured us to look into replacements, but outlined safety concerns. We did decide to make an appt with someone from their company to provide us with an estimate and let us know what our best options would be. Their customer is service is stellar, and we will be moving forward with them when the time comes!
